C/C复合材料表面新型高温抗氧化涂层研究

【摘要】 为了改善C/C复合材料的高温抗氧化性能,首次提出并制备一种含HfC的新型涂层体系——固渗法制备SiC过渡层,原位化学反应法制备HfC耐高温层,Sol-Gel法制备氧化物密封层。经扫描电镜分析涂层表面形貌及断口形貌发现,HfC涂层均匀致密,沿涂层厚度方向成分梯度变化。1750℃自然对流氧化1800 s试验结果表明,含HfC的新型高温涂层体系氧化失重速率仅为0.039 g/(m~2·s),涂层表面形成一层致密的氧化物玻璃釉层。说明该新型涂层体系在高温有氧环境中具有很好的抗氧化性能。

【Abstract】 In order to improve oxidation resistance of carbon/carbon composites at high temperature, a novel coating system with HfC layer was originally developed and prepared,which consisted of SiC transition layer by pack cementation,HfC high-temperature resistant layer by in-situ chemical reaction and oxides sealant layer by Sol-Gel.The surface and cross-section morphologies analyzed by SEM demonstrated that HfC layer was uniform and dense,with HfC concentration graded distributed along coating thickness.Test results oxidized at 1 750℃for 1800 s under natural air convection showed that the mass loss rate of novel coating system was only 0.039 g/(m~2?s),and a dense oxides glassy glaze was observed on the surface of outer layer,all which indicated that the coating system possessed excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature under oxidizing environment.
