低烧蚀C/C复合材料长时间抗烧蚀性能研究

【摘要】 掺杂难熔金属化合物是改善C/C复合材料抗烧蚀性能最有效的技术途径之一。采用三种不同工艺引入不同含量的抗烧蚀组元,成功复合出低烧蚀C/C复合材料。电弧加热器600s烧蚀试验表明,低烧蚀C/C复合材料的抗烧蚀性能得到大幅度提高,并进行其表面形貌及断口面扫描电镜分析,初步提出低烧蚀C/C复合材料烧蚀抑制机理。
【Abstract】 Loading refractory metal compounds in carbon/carbon composites was one of most effective methods to improve its ablation resistance.Low-ablation carbon/carbon composites loaded anti-ablative components with different contents by three processes were prepared.Tests of arc heater for 600s showed that anti-ablation property of low-ablation carbon/carbon composites was greatly enhanced. Through analysis of surface and cross-section morphologies by SEM,inhibited mechanism of low-ablation carbon/carbon was elementarily put forward.
