倾斜内锁型三维机织C/SiC复合材料压缩性能研究
Experimental Analysis of Compression Behavior for Angle-interlock Woven C/SiC Composites

【摘要】 通过倾斜内锁型三维机织C/SiC复合材料的力学性能的试验,研究了材料的基本力学性能和破坏模式。材料在纵向和横向压缩载荷下基本为线性力学行为,在材料接近破坏时应变迅速增大。纵向压缩强度低于横向压缩强度,纵向压缩模量高于横向压缩模量。纵向压缩破坏角度接近纵向纤维束平直段的倾角,而横向压缩与纵向纤维束在空间的排列有关。
【Abstract】 Compressive experiments of 3D angle-interlock woven C/SiC composites were preformed, and the characters of stress-strain curves and failure were analyzed.The longitudinal and transverse compression expressed linear mechanical behavior,but the strain increased quickly when the applied stress near to strength.The longitudinal strength is lower than transverse strength,and the modulus of longitude is higher than that of transverse.The fracture angle of longitudinal compression approach the maximum angle of warp,and transverse fracture angle is related to arrange of wefts.
