剑麻纤维蒸汽爆破技术在酚醛树脂改性中的应用

【摘要】 采用蒸汽爆破的处理方法对剑麻纤维(SF)进行处理、细化,将其投入到酚醛树脂(PF)聚合体系中,参与树脂的聚合反应,再通过模压成型方式制备SF/PF原位复合材料,考察了SF用量与SF/PF原位复合材料力学性能间的关系。按传统共混方式制备SF/GF/PF混杂复合材料,研究了SF与GF的配比对SF/GF/PF混杂复合材料力学性能间的影响。结果表明:SF用量对复合材料综合力学性能的影响具有一定规律性,当SF用量为10%~15%时, SF/PF原位复合材料的力学性能最优;当SF/GF质量配比为1:1时,SF/GF/PF混杂复合材料的力学性能最佳,耐磨损性能提高尤为显著。POM和SEM的观察在一定程度上揭示了复合材料的界面作用行为。
【Abstract】 Sisal fibers were pretreated by steam explotion,then SF were smashed and put into the phenolic polymerization system,in the end sisal fiber/phenolic in-situ composites were prepared through press moulding.The relationship between SF loading and mechanical properties was investigated. And the SF/GF/PF intermixing composites were made through traditional blending and press moulding,then we studied the connection between SF and GF proportion and mechanical properties of the SF/GF/PF intermixing composites.Experimental results showed that SF content has great influences on the mechanical properties,furthermore,it presents a certain rule.It proved that the in-situ composites reached the best mechanical properties when the SF content was 10%~15%.And when SF/GF(1:1),intermixing composites had the best mechanical properties.POM and SEM also reveal some interfacial behavior of the composites.
