【摘要】 采用RTM成型工艺制备出2.5D石英织物增强RTM酚醛树脂复合材料,通过SEM观察与宏观分析相结合的方式分析3种RTM酚醛树脂复合材料烧蚀后形貌,研究3种材料的烧蚀性能和烧蚀特征。研究结果表明:3种RTM酚醛树脂复合材料烧蚀特征主要呈现为烧蚀表面有石英纤维熔化物,碳化层树脂呈开裂状;树脂碳的裂缝大小及开裂方式是影响烧蚀性能的关键因素之一;改性后的2.5D织物增强RTM酚醛树脂复合材料与RTM成型的常规酚醛树脂复合材料的烧蚀性能相当。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of composites of phenolic resin reinforced by 2.5D quartz fiber are manufactured by RTM processing,whose abalated appearance configurations are studied by both SEM method and macroscopic analysis.By the study of their abalation performances and appearance characteristics, the main conclusions are as followed:first,their appearances are covered by melted quartz fiber and their carbon layer also be split;secondly,the slit size and split mode is one of the decisive factors of abalation performance;finally,the abalation performance of modified 2.5D textile reinforced RTM phenolic resin is no less than the one of normal phenolic resin composites.
