短碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料的制备及力学性能研究

【摘要】 以热压法制备了短碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(SCF/PEEK)复合材料,研究了纤维长度和体积分数对SCF/PEEK复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,纤维体积分数为20%、纤维长度为3~6 mm的SCF/PEEK复合材料弯曲和剪切强度最好。
【Abstract】 Short carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone(SCF/PEEK) composites were prepared by the hot-pressing process,and the effects of fiber length and volume fraction on the mechanical properties of the SCF/PEEK composites were investigated in this paper.It is found that the SCF/PEEK composites with the fiber volume fraction of 20%and the fiber length of 3~6 mm show the highest flexural and shear strengths.
