单侧分散空心陶瓷微球掺杂聚酰亚胺的制备

【摘要】 通过控制空心陶瓷微球在聚酰胺酸(PAA)中的重力沉降,得到了陶瓷微球在一侧分散的聚酰亚胺(PI)/陶瓷微球杂化薄膜。研究了影响微球沉降的条件,并用扫描电镜、热重分析仪和万能实验机研究了所得杂化材料的性能。结果表明:在浓度为10%的PAA体系,沉降时间为10 h以上时,陶瓷微球沉降基本完全。PAA浓度对沉降影响较大,制得的PI/陶瓷微球杂化材料的热稳定性比纯聚酰亚胺高,并保持了优良的机械性能。
【Abstract】 Polyimide(PI)/ceramic spheres hybrid films with ceramic spheres distributing on one side were prepared by controlling the sedimentation of hollow ceramic spheres in polyamic acid (PAA) solutions in a gravitational field.The conditions affecting the sedimentation of hollow ceramic spheres,the morphologies,the structures and the properties of the obtained PI/ceramic spheres hybrids were studied.In comparison with pure PI,PI/ceramic spheres hybrid films showed improved thermal stability and mechanical properties retained effectually.
