树脂基体对高性能碳纤维复合材料界面性能的影响

【摘要】 系统研究了高性能T800碳纤维复合材料的树脂基体,测试了树脂浇注体及其复合材料的力学性能,研究了树脂基体对T800碳纤维复合材料界面性能的影响。结果表明, T800碳纤维与缩水甘油酯类环氧树脂有良好的界面性能,经优化的树脂体系其T800碳纤维复合材料的层间剪切强度(ILSS)达到123 MPa,NOL环拉伸强度达到2570 MPa,有效发挥了T800碳纤维的性能。
【Abstract】 One kind of epoxy resin which can have an excellent interfacial adhesion with T800 carbon fibers in wet filament winding was produced.Mechanical properties of resins and their carbon fiber composites were tested.Meanwhile,the influence of resin matrix on T800 carbon fibers reinforced polymer composite’s interfacial properties was studied.It was shown that TDE-85 with modified amine as curing agent can bond with T800 carbon fibers well.Interlaminar shear strength(ILSS) of the composite is 123 MPa,the tensile strength of NOL rings is 2570 MPa.
