一种通过Claisen重排反应提高耐高温复合材料基体树脂性能的方法

【摘要】 在原有双马来酰亚胺改性烯丙基醚化酚醛树脂(BMAN)的基础上,通过对其中烯丙基醚化酚醛树脂(AN)的Claisen重排反应,制备出双马来酰亚胺改性烯丙基酚醛树脂(R-BMAN)。对比研究了BMAN和R-BMAN树脂固化行为及耐热性能,以及这两种树脂石英布复合材料的性能。结果表明,R-BMAN树脂保持了BMAN树脂相同的优异耐热性能,而且,R-BMAN树脂石英布复合材料力学性能显著高于BMAN树脂。
【Abstract】 On the basis of bismaleimide modified allyl ether novolac resins(BMAN),we prepared a new bismaleimide modified allyl novolac resins(R-BMAN) by Claisen rearrangement reactions of allyl ether novolac.The curing behaviors of R-BMAN were characterized by DSC,and the thermal properties of cured R-BMAN resins was evaluated by TGA and DMA.In addition,the mechanical properties of silica/R-BMAN laminates were measured.The results indicated that the RBMAN resins not only presented similar thermostability to BMAN resins,but also possessed improved composite properties.
