一种新型结构耐热复合材料基体树脂的性能研究

【摘要】 合成了一类新型结构的树脂单体,其特点是在同一个分子中同时含有炔丙基和马来酰亚胺基两种官能团。这类新型的树脂单体有2-炔丙氧基苯基马来酰亚胺(2- PPM)、3-炔丙氧基苯基马来酰亚胺(3-PPM)和4-炔丙氧基苯基马来酰亚胺(4-PPM)三种不同的结构。用DSC研究了三种树脂单体的固化工艺行为;三种树脂固化物的耐热性能用TGA和DMA进行了表征;并且对4-PPM树脂/石英布复合材料的力学性能进行了研究。

【Abstract】 In this article,the synthesis of a novel kind of thermosetting monomers which possess both propargyl group and maleimide group is reported.The monomers include N-(2-propargyloxyphenyl) maleimide(2-PPM),N-(3-propargyloxyphenyl) maleimide(3-PPM) and N-(4-propargyloxyphenyl) maleimide(4-PPM).The cure behaviors of these monomers were characterized by DSC.After curing,their thermal properties were characterized by TGA and DMA.In addition,the mechanical properties of silica/4-PPM laminates were measured.The results indicated the novel monomers presented better processability and thermal properties,and the mechanical properties of silica/4-PPM laminates were much higher than that of silica/allyl novolac modified BMI blends.Owing to the excellent process and thermal properties,the novel thermosetting monomers could be candidate for the high performance composite matrices.
