环氧改性聚醚增韧酚醛树脂及其泡沫
Phenolic Resins Toughened by Epoxy Modified Pol yethers and Their Foams

【摘要】 用乙二醇环氧与聚醚反应合成了端环氧基聚醚,用该环氧改性聚醚增韧酚醛树脂,使酚醛树脂的力学性能得到改进。讨论增韧机理并用红外、电子显微镜表征了该增韧酚醛的结构。用该改性酚醛制取的泡沫韧性得到明显提高,并且仍保持优良的阻燃性能。
【Abstract】 Epoxy terminated polyether were synthesized from diepoxy ethylene glycol reacted with polyether and used to toughen phenolic resin and improve,the mechanical properties of the resin. The toughening mechanism was discussed and the structure of the resin was characterized by IR and SEM.The properties of the foams made from the toughened phenolic resins were remarkably enhanced, and its excellent fire retardation was still remained.
