含醛基苯并噁嗪的性能研究
Study on Properties of Benzoxazine Containing Aldehyde Group

【摘要】 采用恒温FTIR和程序升温DSC对3-苯基-6-醛基-3,4-二氢-1,3-苯并噁嗪(Ald-B)的固化反应过程进行了研究,并探讨了Ald-B加入到MDA型双环苯并噁嗪(B-BOZ)中对共混树脂体系的性能影响。结果表明,醛基对苯并噁嗪的开环聚合反应具有催化作用,并有部分醛基发生了反应。Ald-B的开环聚合温度明显降低,固化峰顶温度为169℃,在180℃20 min即基本固化完全。Ald-B的加入,可明显提高固化树脂的热稳定性,T8可达251℃,800℃下氮气中残碳率为66.6%。浇注树脂的拉伸强度为72 MPa,弯曲强度为137 MPa。
【Abstract】 The curing reaction of 3-phenyl-6-aldehyde-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,3-benzoxazine(Ald-B) was studied by isothermal FTIR and temperature programmed DSC.Furthermore,the properties effects on benzoxazine blends composed of Ald-B and MDA-benzoxazine(B-BOZ) were discussed. The results show that presence of benzaldehyde group can catalyze the ring-opening polymerization of Ald-B and some benzaldehyde groups took part in the reaction.It is also shown that the temperature of ring-opening polymerization of Ald-B decreases obviously;the curing peak temperature is 169℃, the curing reaction has been completed basically at 180℃after 20 min.By adding Ald-B,the thermal stability of curing resin was improved noticeably which has Tg of 250℃and char yield of 66%at 800℃.The tensile strength and flexural strength of resin casts are 72 MPa and 137 MPa,respectively.
