PAN纤维低温热处理过程中停留时间对其组成结构演变的影响

【摘要】 研究了聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维在低温(190℃)热处理过程中其组成结构随停留时间的变化规律。结果表明:在实验温度190℃下,随着热处理时间的延长,由外部进入纤维的氧扩散非常缓和;在热处理前期,环化反应发生的速率最大,并且保持不变,相对环化率增加速率为0.02 min-1,AI增加速率为7.25×10-4min-1,此时纤维的屈服强度下降较快;之后环化反应速率逐渐变慢,到了后期环化反应基本不再发生。
【Abstract】 The change of composing and structure of PAN fiber on 190℃during preoxidation is studied via element analysis,FTIR,X-ray diffraction,etc.Results showed that,oxygen pervasion was tempered during all the heat treatment;and in the first 20 minutes,cyclization reaction processed the fastest and remained the same;relative cyclization ratio increased by 0.02/min,withal aromatization index increased by 7.25×10-4 min-1;and yield strength decreased fast.After 20 min,the speed of cyclization reduced gradually,and almost stopped after 90 min.
