【Abstract】 The applications and recent development of high-performance silicon carbide-based ceramic fibers are briefly reviewed.The major difference of the most distinguished silicon carbide fibers are analyzed.The future prospect and trend of development are presented.Based the summarigation of the status of R&D of high-performance silicon carbide fibers in China,it is pointed out that we must solve urgently to scale up the production from laboratory to industrial level.更多还原
