聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝湿法纺丝拉伸的研究

【摘要】 研究了PAN-DMSO-H2O体系中湿法纺丝凝固成形对喷头拉伸、后拉伸的影响及其对PAN原丝截面形状的影响。当纺丝温度在75~85℃时,可得到较大的喷头拉伸、后拉伸和稳定纺丝时的总拉伸倍数;随着凝固浴浓度的升高,喷头拉伸、后拉伸及总拉伸倍数增大;当凝固浴浓度为70%,凝固浴温度较低(10℃时)有利于获得较大的喷头拉伸和热水拉伸,沸水拉伸和稳定纺丝的总拉伸倍数很小;而从35~70℃,随着温度的升高,拉伸倍数逐渐减小;研究还发现,当凝固浴浓度为70%时,温度在10~35℃范围内,喷头拉伸对初生纤维的截面形态影响较大,低于10℃或高于55℃几乎没有影响;热水及沸水拉伸对纤维截面形态没有影响。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the drawing processes of wet spinning in dimethyl sulfoxide-water and its effects on the cross-section shapes of PAN precursors are investigated.Within the range of spinning temperature(75~85℃),the ratios of jet stretch,drawing in water and total stretch are high;all drawing ratios increase with the concentration of coagulation bath.Low temperature of coagulation bath results in the higher ratios of jet stretch,drawing in water,but lower ratios in boiling water and total stretch;with coagulating temperature increasing from 35℃to 70℃,all drawing ratios decrease.When coagulation temperature is 35℃,with concentration of 70%,jet stretch has obvious effects on the cross-section shapes of PAN precursors and little effects when the temperature is below 10℃or above 55℃;Drawing in water affects little on cross-section shapes.
