三维机织复合材料的弯曲疲劳和压缩性能

【摘要】 根据三维机织增强体结构特征,制备了正交分层接结的三维机织复合材料试样,分别研究了材料的弯曲疲劳和冲击压缩性能。疲劳试验表明,三维机织复合材料弯曲性能的下降是渐进的,未见突变性失效的典型疲劳破坏特征。对试样厚度方向上的冲击压缩试验表明,三维机织复合材料的压缩模量、压缩强度和失效应变均具有明显的应变率效应,且试样的破坏模式与应变率有关。

【Abstract】 Following the formation rule of fibrous architecture in woven fabric,3D woven composite is made with an orthogonal and layer-to-layer binding pattern as the thickness reinforcement, the and the performances of the material in bending fatigue and through-thickness compression with various strain rates is studied,respectively.It shows that the loss of bending properties of the material is in gradual decay mode.No typical fatigue failure mode,such as a catastrophic failure, has been observed.The compressive tests show that the compressive stiffness,maximum compressive stress and the corresponding strain are sensitive to the strain rate.In addition,the compressive failure of the specimens indicates there are different failure models under different strain rates of compression tests.
