截卵形弹体贯穿加筋靶板的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 采用显式动力学有限元软件LS-DYNA对截卵形弹体贯穿单、多层加筋靶板进行了数值模拟。建立了两种不同结构形式和不同材料截卵形弹体和加筋靶板的有限元模型,进行了弹体贯穿加筋靶板的全过程物理仿真。本文对数十种工况进行了分析,获得了相应的靶板变形、弹体速度时间历程曲线和加速度时间历程曲线的仿真结果,分析了影响弹体剩余速度的主要因素。通过与实验结果的对比验证了有限元模型和计算方法的可靠性和有效性,为进一步开展理论分析、数值仿真、预测实验奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 In present paper,numerical simulations on the perforation of stiffened plates by truncated nosed projectile were performed by adopting LS-DYNA.Two kinds of finite element models of different structure and material were established and the whole process of physical simulation on the perforation of stiffened plates was carried out.By analyzing the numerical simulation on the dozens of cases,the corresponding time history curves of velocity and acceleration were obtained,and the main factors on the residual velocity of projectiles were analyzed.With the comparison of experimental results,the validity and reliability of finite element models and numerical methods were approved and all of these can be considered as a fundamental base for the further study of developing theoretical model,performing numerical simulations and predicting experimental results.
