【摘要】 随着时代的发展和社会的不断进步,大学生作为社会发展和民族复兴的主力军,必须具备担当精神和责任感使命感,这不仅关乎个人发展,也与民族复兴进程和国家前途命运紧密相连。新时代对大学生担当精神提出了更高要求,包括担当意识、担当行为、担当能力等各方面的综合提升。然而,目前存在的高校担当精神培育的实效性不足、极端个人主义等错误思潮的冲击和大学生自身存在局限性等问题,导致部分大学生的担当意识和担当能力较弱。为此,培养新时代大学生的担当精神势在必行。本文在对新时代大学生担当精神培育进行理论概述的基础上,综合运用文献研究等方法,深入剖析新时代大学生担当精神培育所取得的成效、现存问题及其成因,进而提出相应的培育路径。本研究的主要内容如下:第一,概述新时代大学生担当精神培育的相关理论。首先,本部分论述了担当精神及新时代大学生担当精神的相关内涵,明确新时代大学生担当精神培育的基本目标。其次,提炼了马克思主义经典作家、中国共产党人以及中华优秀传统文化中所蕴含的担当精神思想,构成了新时代大学生担当精神培育的理论基础。最后,讨论培育新时代大学生担当精神的重要意义。第二,分析新时代大学生担当精神培育的现状。当前新时代大学生担当精神培育已取得了一定的成效:大学生对担当精神的认知不断深化、对担当精神价值的认同感不断增强和培育担当精神实践活动的参与度较高。然而,部分大学生缺少远大理想和抱负、大学生担当精神培育内容针对性不强、大学生担当精神培育的氛围不够浓厚等问题仍然存在。本研究针对上述问题进一步分析了造成这些问题的原因。第三,探索新时代大学生担当精神的培育路径。从新时代大学生担当精神培育过程中存在的问题出发,从以下四个维度提出培育路径,具体内容包括:以习近平总书记关于担当精神的重要论述为指导;完善高校对新时代大学生担当精神培育的途径;通过网络、家庭、社会的多方合力,构建出有利于培育大学生担当精神的良好氛围;提升大学生担当精神的自我培育能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the era and the continuous progress of society,contemporary college students,as the main force in social development and national rejuvenation,must possess a sense of mission and responsibility.This is not only related to personal development but also closely linked to the process of national rejuvenation and the future of the country.The new era places higher demands on college students’sense of responsibility in terms of awareness,actions,and capabilities.However,currently,the effectiveness of cultivating the sense of responsibility in colleges is insufficient.Due to the influence of wrong ideas such as extreme individualism and the limitations of college students themselves,the sense of responsibility and corresponding capabilities of some college students are weak.Therefore,it is essential to cultivate the sense of responsibility among contemporary college students.This thesis first provides an overview of the theories related to cultivating the sense of responsibility among contemporary college students.Then,by comprehensively using research methods such as literature review,it deeply analyzes the achievements,existing problems,and their causes in cultivating the sense of responsibility among contemporary college students and proposes corresponding cultivation paths.The main contents of this study are as follows:The first part summarizes the theories related to cultivating the sense of responsibility among contemporary college students.This part first elaborates on the connotations related to the sense of responsibility and that of contemporary college students and clarifies the basic goals of cultivating the sense of responsibility among contemporary college students.Next,it extracts the ideas of the sense of responsibility from the classic works of Marxism,the thoughts of the Communist Party of China,and the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation to form the theoretical basis for cultivating the sense of responsibility among contemporary college students.Finally,it discusses the important significance of cultivating the sense of responsibility among contemporary college students.The second part analyzes the current state of university students’spirit of responsibility in the new era.At present,the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility of university students in the new era has achieved certain results:the knowledge of the spirit of responsibility has been deepened,the personal sense of the value of the spirit of responsibility has been continuously improved,and the participation in the practice of cultivating the spirit of responsibility is relatively high.However,some college students do not have high ideals and goals,the content of the spiritual cultivation of college students is not targeted,and the atmosphere of the spiritual cultivation of college students is not strong enough.This study takes a deeper look at the reasons for these problems.The third part explores ways to cultivate the spirit of responsibility among college students in the new era.Based on the problems in the process of cultivating the spirit of responsibility of college students in the new era,the cultivation path is proposed from the following four dimensions:guided by the important expositions on the spirit of responsibility made by General Secretary Xi Jinping;improving how schools and universities cultivate the spirit of responsibility of college students in the new era;Through the joint efforts of the Internet,family and society,a suitable environment has been created for cultivating the spirit of responsibility of college students;Enhancing the self-help ability of college students’sense of responsibility.更多还原
