【摘要】 党的二十大报告提出,“加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合”。近年来,习近平总书记多次强调,要主动应变、化危为机,以科技创新和数字化变革催生新的发展动能。数字经济和实体经济深度融合发展,在很大程度上就是数字企业利用数字技术,推动实体经济企业数字化转型。全球气候变化和环境问题日益加剧,已对全球经济发展和人类福祉造成严重威胁,为应对这些挑战,绿色金融应运而生,成为支持环境保护和推进可持续发展的重要手段。然而我国生态文明建设与经济社会发展之间的矛盾日益突出,寻求生态文明建设与经济社会发展之间的平衡已刻不容缓。基于此,本文以2012-2022年间中国4025个企业,29973个数据为样本,系统探究了绿色金融对企业数字化转型的影响。研究结果表明,绿色金融能够有效促进企业数字化转型,并且绿色金融对于企业数字化转型不同维度的促进作用有所不同,在提升环境支撑、战略引领、数字化应用和技术驱动方面更有效,该结论在经过一系列稳健性与内生性检验后仍成立。促进技术创新与推动产业结构升级是其主要作用机制。同时,异质性研究发现,在非重污染行业企业、民营企业和金融发展程度高的城市以及中心城市中,绿色金融对企业数字化转型的促进作用更有效。进一步地,企业融资约束这一调节变量弱化了绿色金融对企业数字化转型的促进作用。绿色金融能够通过提升企业数字化水平进一步提高企业的全要素生产率。进而推动高质量发展提供可行的路径参考。最后,基于得出的研究结论,本文就如何以绿色金融推动企业数字化转型提出以下几点建议:一是推进绿色金融可持续发展;二是加强企业技术创新,推动产业结构升级;三是精准施策,优化绿色金融的支持机制;四是重视绿色金融通过推动企业数字化转型对提升企业全要素生产率的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the development of the digital economy and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.In recent years,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the need to proactively respond and turn crises into opportunities,using technological innovation and digital transformation to generate new development momentum.The deep integration and development of the digital economy and the real economy largely relies on digital enterprises utilizing digital technology to promote the digital transformation of real economy enterprises.Global climate change and environmental issues are becoming increasingly severe,posing a serious threat to global economic development and human well-being.To address these challenges,green finance has emerged as an important means of supporting environmental protection and promoting sustainable development.However,the contradiction between the construction of ecological civilization and economic and social development in our country has become increasingly prominent,and it is urgent to seek a solution that balances the construction of ecological civilization and economic and social development.Based on this,this article systematically explores the impact of green finance on the digital transformation of 4025 Chinese enterprises and 29973 data samples from 2012 to 2022.The research results indicate that green finance can effectively promote the digital transformation of enterprises,and this conclusion still holds true after a series of robustness and endogeneity tests.Dimensional inspection reveals that green finance has different promoting effects on different dimensions of enterprise digital transformation,and is more effective in enhancing environmental support,strategic guidance,digital application,and technology drive.Promoting technological innovation and upgrading industrial structure are its main mechanisms of action.Meanwhile,heterogeneity studies have found that in non heavily polluting industries,private enterprises,cities with high levels of financial development,and central cities,green finance plays a more effective role in promoting digital transformation of enterprises.Furthermore,the moderating variable of corporate financing constraints weakens the promoting effect of green finance on the digital transformation of enterprises.Green finance can further improve the total factor productivity of enterprises by enhancing their digitalization level.Furthermore,it provides feasible path references for promoting high-quality development.Finally,based on the research findings,this article proposes the following suggestions on how to promote digital transformation of enterprises through green finance:firstly,to promote sustainable development of green finance;Secondly,we will strengthen technological innovation in enterprises and promote the upgrading of industrial structure;The third is to implement precise policies and optimize the support mechanism for green finance;Fourthly,we attach great importance to the important role of green finance in promoting digital transformation of enterprises and enhancing their total factor productivity.更多还原
