【摘要】 在信息高度流动和全球化进程加速的背景下,新闻编译作为跨文化信息流通的重要枢纽,在筛选关键信息、提炼新闻要点方面发挥着不可或缺的作用。依托学院与环球网共建的校企合作平台,作者参加了为期一学期的新闻编译培训和持续一年的项目实践,编译了四十余篇国际新闻稿件,涵盖汽车、科技、社会、文化和环保等多个领域。在任务实操中,作者将国际媒体对中国的英文报道编译成高度概括性的中文版本,既高效传递新闻事实,又兼顾深度解析和评论,提升了自身信息筛选、结构重组和逻辑优化的能力。通过不断积累实践经验,作者得以管窥国际舆论对中国形象的呈现方式,进而更全面、客观地认识到中国在国际舞台上的定位。本报告基于作者在英译汉新闻编译中的实践语料,围绕信息准确、传播高效、读者接近三大核心原则,结合变译理论分析并总结英汉新闻编译的具体策略及其实际运用。实践反思后,作者发现变译理论中的六种变通手段在新闻编译实操中均具有广泛适用性,并归纳变通效果如下:“增”还原上下文缺失而造成的信息空白,“改”通过本地化澄清语义表述,从而提升了新闻事实的完整性与准确性;“删”剔除低价值内容,“缩”提炼要点把内容写薄、写清,进而降低了读者的阅读负担,提高了信息传播效率;“编”重构文本逻辑,“述”趋近目的语风格,则增强了译文可读性和读者适应性。在培训、实践、反馈和复盘的闭环作用下,作者聚焦六种变通手段作用下的编译效果,总结了英汉新闻编译中信息处理的关键方法和规律,希望能为新闻编译工作者和研究者在类似实践中提供有益参考和思考方向。正文共23,492字,参考文献49篇更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of rapid information flow and accelerated globalization,news trans-editing plays an indispensable role as a crucial hub for cross-cultural information exchange,particularly in filtering key information and extracting the main points of news.Through a school-enterprise collaboration platform jointly established by the author’s school and Huanqiu.com,the author participated in a one-semester systematic news trans-editing training and a year-long project practice,and trans-edited more than 40 news articles covering various fields,including automobile,technology,society,culture and environmental protection.In practical tasks,international media reports on China are trans-edited into Chinese,resulting in highly refined news overviews.This process not only efficiently conveys factual information but also incorporates in-depth analysis and commentary on events and phenomena.Consequently,it places higher demands on the trans-editor’s abilities to filter information,restructure content,and optimize logical flow.Furthermore,it offers insights into how international public opinion portrays China’s image,enabling a more comprehensive and objective understanding of China’s positioning on the global stage.This report,based on the author’s practices of English-to-Chinese news trans-editing,focuses on three core principles:information accuracy,efficient transmission,and reader accessibility.It analyzes and summarizes specific techniques and their practical applications in E-C news trans-editing,based on the variational translation theory.After the reflection,the author finds that the six adaptive techniques introduced in the theory have wide applicability in the author’s news trans-editing practices.The author summarizes the effects of these adaptations as follows:“adding”restored missing contextual information while“altering”facilitated semantic clarification through localization,both enhancing the completeness and accuracy of the news facts;“deleting”removed low-value content,while“condensing”distilled key points to produce more concise writing,together reducing the reader’s cognitive burden and improving information transmission efficiency;“editing”restructured the logical flow of the target text,while“narrating”enabled stylistic convergence with the target discourse,both promoting readability and accessibility to the target audience.Under the closed-loop process of training,practice,feedback,and review,the author focuses on the trans-editing outcomes influenced by the six adaptation techniques,summarizing key methods and patterns of information processing in E-C news trans-editing.It is hoped that the findings will offer valuable references and insights for news trans-editors and researchers engaged in similar trans-editing practices.更多还原
