【摘要】 劳动是人的本质活动,是一切幸福的源泉。人发挥主观能动性改造世界的劳动,不但实现了劳动者本身的价值也为社会创造了物质财富与精神财富。针对人们的劳动意识愈加淡薄,追求的幸福出现严重偏差,劳动价值观与幸福观相背离的现象,本文基于新时代的要求和现实需求,在阐释习近平总书记一系列重要论述的基础上,深入剖析新时代劳动幸福观的形成依据、伦理意蕴、践行路径和时代价值。端正人们的劳动和幸福观念,树立正确的劳动幸福观,对于我们发扬艰苦奋斗、奉献社会精神,逐步实现美好的幸福生活具有重要意义。新时代劳动幸福观以马克思主义经典作家的劳动幸福理论为基础,以中华优秀传统文化为视角,是中国共产党人对劳动幸福理念在新时代的发展,具有鲜明的时代特性。新时代劳动幸福观对指导人们树立正确幸福观和价值观,推动经济社会转型和实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要的作用。新时代劳动幸福观蕴含着劳动与个人幸福、家庭幸福、社会幸福和实现中华民族伟大复兴的和谐统一,蕴含着新时代国家对劳动者的重视、爱护和造福劳动者的伦理底色、新时代社会对劳动的伦理原则及劳动者应具有的伦理美德。践行新时代劳动幸福观离不开政府、社会、学校、家庭及个人多方面的共同努力。政府要健全法制、繁荣经济、发展科技;社会要强化责任担当、拓宽就业渠道和营造劳动氛围;学校要加强师资队伍建设,鼓励创新劳动实践,落实劳动教育;家庭要注重增强责任意识,塑造劳动品格和培养感恩之心;而劳动者本人则要具有勤俭、坚韧、奉献、理性的品格和修养。新时代劳动幸福观发展了马克思主义劳动幸福思想、弘扬了中华优秀传统劳动幸福观、赓续了社会主义劳动幸福观,为新时代劳动道德的建设奠定理论基础,同时在塑造个人劳动品德、培养劳动职业道德、培育新时代精神内核和促进人的全面发展和社会进步方面具有重要的实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Labor is the essential activity of human beings and the source of all happiness.People exert their subjective initiative to transform the world’s labor,which not only realizes the value of workers themselves,but also creates material wealth and spiritual wealth for society.In view of the phenomenon that people’s labor consciousness is getting weaker and weaker,the pursuit of happiness is seriously deviated,and the labor values deviate from the concept of happiness,this paper,based on the requirements and practical needs of the new era and on the basis of explaining a series of important expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping,deeply analyzes the formation basis,ethical implications,practice path and value of the concept of labor happiness in the new era.Correcting people’s concepts of labor and happiness and establishing a correct concept of labor happiness are of great significance for us to carry forward hard work,contribute to social spirit and gradually realize a beautiful and happy life.The concept of labor happiness in the new era is based on the labor happiness theory of Marxist classic writers and from the perspective of Chinese excellent traditional culture.It is the development of the Communist Party of China(CPC)people’s concept of labor happiness in the new era and has distinct characteristics of the times.The concept of labor happiness in the new era plays an important role in guiding people to establish a correct concept of happiness and value orientation,promoting economic and social transformation and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The concept of labor happiness in the new era contains the harmonious unity of labor and personal happiness,family happiness,social happiness and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the ethical background of the country’s attention,love and benefit to workers in the new era,the ethical principles of society in the new era and the ethical virtues that workers should have.Practicing the concept of labor happiness in the new era is inseparable from the joint efforts of the government,society,schools,families and individuals.The government should improve the legal system,prosper the economy and develop science and technology;The society should create a working atmosphere,broaden employment channels and strengthen responsibility;Schools should implement labor education,encourage innovative labor practice and strengthen the construction of teachers;Families should pay attention to strengthening the sense of responsibility,shaping the character of labor and cultivating gratitude;The laborer himself should have the character and accomplishment of diligence,tenacity,dedication and rationality.The concept of labor happiness in the new era has developed the Marxist labor happiness thought,carried forward the excellent traditional Chinese labor happiness view,and continued the socialist labor happiness view,laying a theoretical foundation for the construction of labor morality in the new era,and at the same time,it has important practical significance in shaping personal labor morality,cultivating labor professional ethics,cultivating the spiritual core of the new era and promoting people’s all-round development and social progress.更多还原
