【摘要】 过去几十年,我国城市基础设施建设迅速发展,受到的关注度越来越高,市政道路工程是城市基础设施各类项目中基础且重要的工程,很多城市在市政道路建设方面加快进程,随着市政道路工程项目建设数量逐年递增,也使得项目风险问题日益凸显。YH市政道路项目位于天津市H区,随着H区的大力发展,周边配套交通需进一步完善,由于市政道路工程的规模和影响范围大,且地下管线的分布错综复杂,施工场地周边人、车流量大等,施工难度与风险增加。本文从施工单位角度进行风险研究,对YH市政道路项目施工风险进行风险识别、风险评价以及提出风险控制策略。本文通过文献调查法初步识别YH市政道路项目的风险指标,采用德尔菲法对风险指标进一步修正,确定YH市政道路项目施工风险指标体系为6个一级风险指标和26个二级风险指标;通过层次分析法对YH市政道路项目施工风险指标体系进行权重分析,确定权重占比情况;运用模糊综合评价法对YH市政道路项目施工风险指标进行综合评价,通过综合评价结果分析得出项目所属风险等级以及重点风险影响指标;在风险评价的基础上开展风险控制,对重点风险影响指标提出风险控制措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past few decades,urban infrastructure construction in China has developed rapidly and received increasing attention.Municipal road engineering is a fundamental and important project in various urban infrastructure projects.Many cities have accelerated their progress in municipal road construction.With the continuous increase of municipal road engineering projects,project risk issues have become increasingly prominent.The YH municipal road project is located in H District,Tianjin.With the rapid development of H District,the surrounding supporting transportation needs to be further improved.Due to the large scale and impact range of municipal road projects,the complex distribution of underground pipelines,and the large flow of people and vehicles around the construction site,the construction difficulty and risk increase.This thesis conducts risk research from the perspective of construction units,identifies and evaluates the construction risks of the YH municipal road project,and proposes risk control strategies.This thesis preliminarily identifies the risk indicators of the YH municipal road project through literature review,and further modifies the risk indicators using the Delphi method.The construction risk indicator system of the YH municipal road project is determined to include 6 primary risk indicators and 26 secondary risk indicators;Perform weight analysis on the construction risk indicator system of YH municipal road project using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the proportion of weight;Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the construction risk indicators of YH municipal road project,and analyzing the comprehensive evaluation results to determine the risk level and key risk impact indicators of the project;Based on risk assessment,carry out risk control and propose risk control measures for key risk impact indicators.更多还原
