数字绿色金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响研究

【摘要】 在新时代背景下,绿色低碳作为引领我国经济发展的重要理念之一,是我国农业可持续发展的必然选择,对加快建设农业强国、早日实现“双碳”目标有重要意义。伴随着传统金融工具与数字化的融合发展逐渐加深,数字绿色金融成为驱动我国农业实现绿色发展的主要动力之一。农业绿色全要素生产率作为评估农业绿色生产效能的关键性指标,在引领农业生产发展方向上具有一定的导向作用。鉴于此,深入探究数字绿色金融如何影响农业绿色全要素生产率具有重要的研究意义。本文首先对数字金融、绿色金融以及农业绿色全要素生产率等领域的既有文献进行了系统梳理,为后续研究构筑了坚实的理论基础。其次选取2011年至2020年间全国30个省份的面板数据作为分析样本,采用主客观综合赋权法来量化数字绿色金融的发展水平,并借助超效率SBM-GML模型对农业绿色全要素生产率进行测度。为深入探究数字绿色金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的作用机制及其影响路径,本文构建了基准模型、分位数回归模型以及空间计量模型进行实证检验。此外,研究还进一步剖析了数字绿色金融的空间溢出效应以及在不同区域间可能存在的异质性特征。研究结果表明:(1)数字绿色金融对农业绿色全要素生产率具有正向提升作用;并且在农业绿色全要素生产率提高的过程中,数字绿色金融所发挥的推动作用逐渐增强。(“2)从影响路径来看,绿色金融能够为农业生产提供保障,有效促进农业全要素生产率的增长,数字化程度的促进作用也较为显著。同时,数字绿色金融能通过增强绿色技术的效率,有效推动农业绿色全要素生产率提升。“(3)数字绿色金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响在空间维度上呈现出显著的异质性特征,具体表现为在经济发展程度高的地区作用更加显著。(4)数字绿色金融在影响农业绿色全要素生产率时,展现出正向的空间溢出效应,不仅能够推动本区域农业绿色全要素生产率的提升,还能对周边地区产生促进作用。基于以上结论提出如下建议:“(1)建立健全数字绿色金融体系,丰富创新数字绿色金融工具。各地区确立自身数字绿色金融发展总体目标,推动金融创新,开发多样化的金融衍生品,提高数字绿色金融的综合服务能力。“(2)加强基础金融机构建设,引入更多的金融机构以提供贷款、融资和风险保障等多样化金融服务。同时推进数字绿色金融理念宣传,加强大众对绿色金融的认识,提升整体的金融素养和意识。(3)逐步缩小地区间数字绿色金融发展差距,以优势带动劣势,实现全国数字绿色金融的均衡发展。

【Abstract】 In the context of the new era,green and low-carbon,as one of the important concepts leading China’s economic developments,is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of China’s agriculture,which is of great significance in accelerating the construction of an agricultural powerhouse and realizing the goal of“double carbon”at an early date.Along with the gradual deepening of the integration of traditional financial instruments and digitalization,digital green finance has become one of the main driving forces for the green development of China’s agriculture.As a key indicator for assessing the effectiveness of agricultural green production,agricultural green total factor productivity has a certain guiding role in leading the direction of agricultural production development.In view of this,it is of great significance to explore how digital green finance affects agricultural green total factor productivity.In this paper,we firstly systematize the existing literature in the fields of digital finance,green finance and agricultural green total factor productivity,which constructs a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,this paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2020 as the analyzing sample,adopts the subjective-objective comprehensive weighting method to quantify the development level of digital green finance,and measures the agricultural green total factor productivity with the help of the super-efficient SBM-GML model.In order to deeply investigate the mechanism of digital green finance on agricultural green total factor productivity and its influence path,this paper constructs a benchmark model,a quantile regression model,and a spatial econometric model for empirical testing.In addition,the study further analyzes the spatial spillover effect of digital green finance and the possible heterogeneity characteristics among different regions.The study’s findings indicate that:(1)Digital green finance has a positive effect on agricultural green total factor productivity;and in the process of increasing agricultural green total factor productivity,the role played by digital green finance is gradually increasing.(2)From the perspective of the impact path,green finance can provide protection for agricultural production,effectively promote the growth of agricultural total factor productivity,and the degree of digitization has a more significant role in promoting.At the same time,digital green finance can enhance the efficiency of green technology,effectively promote agricultural green total factor productivity.(3)The impact of digital green finance on agricultural green total factor productivity in the spatial dimension shows a significant heterogeneity characteristic,which is manifested in a more significant role in regions with a high degree of economic development.(4)Digital green finance shows positive spatial spillover effects when affecting agricultural green total factor productivity,which can not only promote the enhancement of agricultural green total factor productivity in the region,but also have a facilitating effect on neighboring regions.Drawing from the aforementioned findings,the subsequent suggestions are put forward:(1)Establish a sound digital green financial system and enrich and innovate digital green financial instruments.Each region shall establish its own overall goal for the development of digital green finance,promote financial innovation,develop diversified financial derivatives and improve the comprehensive service capacity of digital green finance.(2)Strengthen the construction of basic financial institutions and introduce more financial institutions to provide diversified financial services such as loans,financing and risk protection.At the same time,it will promote the publicity of the concept of digital green finance,strengthen the public’s understanding of green finance,and enhance overall financial literacy and awareness.(3)Gradually narrowing the gap in the development of digital green finance between regions,driving disadvantages with advantages,and realizing the balanced development of digital green finance across the country.
