【摘要】 青年是社会发展的中坚力量,作为推动社会进步与创新的主力军,青年职业选择与职业发展路径不仅关乎着个体的成长与发展,更关乎着国家发展与民族复兴的伟大事业。就业是最大的民生,而青年就业更是民生领域的重要环节。近年来,随着我国社会进入快速转型期,青年就业面临多方面挑战,特别是在择业环节面临着多重困境。面对当代青年择业观念和需求多样化的特点。深入了解马克思青年观的形成背景、理论渊源、发展过程、主要内容,对于推动国家发展和解决青年自身择业问题上提供有益思考和启示。本文通过对马克思青年观的形成和发展过程进一步梳理,全面把握马克思青年观的主要内容,概括介绍青年的自然属性和特点,青年的地位和作用,青年的教育和发展,青年的择业和就业。以深入梳理马克思青年观的理论内涵为切入点,全面把握马克思自身发展过程中的思想转变以及对青年群体整体概念的思考,从社会关系、人的本质等哲学层面剖析其对青年发展和择业的潜在指引,展现马克思青年观的系统性与完整性。对于青年择业问题从青年作为人的角度出发,而不是孤立地从择业角度进行考量,有利于帮助青年树立正确的择业观和价值取向,提升青年个人职业发展的判断能力和认知水平,引导青年在职业实践中推动社会变革与自我超越。坚持马克思青年观对于当代青年择业问题具有重要的指导作用,不仅体现在青年自身,还体现在国家和社会各个层面。即在马克思青年观指导下,要进一步优化市场环境保障当代青年就业公平,强化科技赋能助力当代青年择业多样化。在高校教育中完善就业指导教育明晰当代青年择业目标,优化学科专业设置增强当代青年择业实力。同时要发挥社会各方合力,洞察青年本质属性消除青年择业迷茫心理,探索青年个性化职业规划,加强思想引领,发挥好家庭作用帮助青年树立高尚的择业理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young people are the backbone of social development.As the main force driving social progress and innovation,their career choices and development paths not only concern individual growth and development but also the great cause of national development and ethnic rejuvenation.Employment is the most important aspect of people’s livelihood,and youth employment is a crucial part of this domain.In recent years,with China entering a period of rapid social transformation,young people face multiple challenges in finding jobs,especially encountering various difficulties in job selection.Given the diverse characteristics of contemporary youth in terms of job selection concepts and needs,a deep understanding of the background,theoretical origins,development process,and main content of Marx’s views on youth can provide valuable insights and inspiration for promoting national development and addressing the job selection issues of young people themselves.This article further combs through the formation and development process of Marx’s youth perspective to fully grasp its main content,summarizing the natural attributes and characteristics of youth,their status and role,education and development,as well as career selection and employment.By delving into the theoretical connotations of Marx’s youth perspective,it comprehensively understands the ideological transformations in Marx’s own development process and his reflections on the overall concept of the youth group.It analyzes from philosophical levels such as social relations and human essence the potential guidance Marx provides for youth development and career selection,showcasing the systematicness and completeness of Marx’s youth perspective.Considering youth career selection from the perspective of individuals rather than isolated from the angle of career choice helps young people establish correct career views and value orientations,enhancing their judgment and cognitive abilities in personal career development,and guiding them to promote social change and self-transcendence through career practice.Adhering to Marx’s youth perspective has significant guiding significance for contemporary youth career selection,not only at the individual level but also at national and societal levels.Under the guidance of Marx’s youth perspective,it is necessary to further optimize the market environment to ensure fair employment for contemporary youth,strengthen technological empowerment to facilitate diverse career choices for contemporary youth.In higher education,improve career guidance education to clarify the career goals of contemporary youth,optimize the setting of disciplines and majors to enhance the career capabilities of contemporary youth.At the same time,it is essential to leverage the collective efforts of all sectors of society to understand the essential attributes of youth,eliminate their career selection confusion,explore personalized career planning for youth,strengthen ideological leadership,and play the role of families in helping youth establish noble career ideals.更多还原
