高校智慧体育学习环境构成要素识别及需求层次研究
Research on the Identification of Components and Demand Hierarchy of Needs of Smart Sports Learning Environment in Colleges and Universities

【摘要】 研究目的:随着教育数字化转型的不断深入,构建以学生为中心的智慧体育学习环境成为高校体育高质量发展的关键任务。然而,当前智慧体育学习环境的构成要素及学生实际需求尚不明确。目前没有一个统一的标准,如何识别智慧体育学习环境的构成要素、探索各要素的需求层次,成为高校智慧体育学习环境建设的核心议题。研究方法:本研究在TPACK理论、活动理论与魅力质量理论的指导下,采用文献资料法、深度访谈法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法及数理统计法,分两个阶段开展研究:第一阶段,通过文献分析与深度访谈,初步提取构成要素,经两轮德尔菲法筛选出4个维度26项构成要素;第二阶段设计问卷,采用KANO模型、混合类分析与Better-Worse系数分析三种方法,分析学生对各要素的需求层次并进行优先级排序。研究结果:(1)高校智慧体育学习环境由4个维度组成,共26项具体要素。(2)经三种分析方法显示,A1智慧摄像头、C7运动数据保护等为必备需求;B1体育慕课、A5智能运动器材等为期望需求;B5人工智能教练、A6智能穿戴设备等属于魅力需求;B4运动处方生成、A2智能储物柜等为无差异需求。优先级排序为:A1>C7>C1>C3>B3>A5>B1>C6>C4>A3>B5>A6>C2>A4>B2>B4>A2>C5。研究结论:本研究识别了高校智慧体育学习环境的构成要素及其学生需求层次,提出“基础层—核心层—增值层”三层优化策略:即优先保障必备需求,稳步提升期望需求,逐步开发魅力需求。研究成果为高校智慧体育环境的系统设计与精准建设提供了理论依据与实践路径。
【Abstract】 Research purpose:With the continuous deepening of the digital transformation of education,building a student-centered smart sports learning environment has become a key task for the high-quality development of sports in colleges and universities.However,the constituent elements of the current smart sports learning environment and the actual needs of students are still unclear.At present,there is no unified standard.How to identify the constituent elements of the smart sports learning environment and explore the demand levels of each element has become the core issue in the construction of the smart sports learning environment in colleges and universities.Research methods:Under the guidance of the TPACK Theory,Activity Theory and Charm Quality Theory,this research was carried out in two stages by using the methods of literature review,in-depth interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.In the first stage,through literature analysis and in-depth interviews,the constituent elements were initially extracted.After two rounds of Delphi method,26 constituent elements in 4 dimensions were screened out.In the second stage,a questionnaire was designed.Three methods,namely the KANO model,mixed class analysis and Better-Worse coefficient analysis,were adopted to analyze the demand levels of students for each element and rank them in priority.Research result:(1)The learning environment of smart sports in colleges and universities is composed of 4 dimensions and a total of 26 specific elements.(2)Three analysis methods show that A1 smart camera,C7 motion data protection,etc.are essential requirements;B1 sports MOOCs,A5 smart sports equipment,etc.are expected demands.B5 artificial intelligence coaches,A6 smart wearable devices,etc.fall under the category of charm demands.B4 exercise prescription generation,A2smart lockers,etc.are undifferentiated demands.The priority order is as follows:A1>C7>C1>C3>B3>A5>B1>C6>C4>A3>B5>A6>C2>A4>B2>B4>A2>C5.Analysis conclusion:This study identified the constituent elements of the smart sports learning environment in colleges and universities and the levels of students’demands,and proposed a three-layer optimization strategy of"basic layer-core layer-value-added layer":that is,giving priority to ensuring essential demands,steadily increasing expected demands,and gradually developing attractive demands.The research results provide theoretical basis and practical paths for the systematic design and precise construction of the smart sports environment in colleges and universities.
