【摘要】 后疫情时代下,全行业经济增长速度有所放缓,所属企业作为面向政企提供软硬件服务的厂商之一,随着国家加强对信息化建设的要求,客户对软件服务要求也不断地提高,所属企业日益面临着更高的软件项目开发交付要求。笔者作为所属企业M产品线下Y软件的产品经理,在工作的过程中切实地感受到软件产品的需求管理能力不佳、研发质量堪忧的痛点,通过与同行进行信息沟通,了解到CMMI实践域对软件项目开发水平的改进能力,拟结合CMMI实践域对所属团队在具体项目开发过程中进行改进行动实践研究,以期达到提升所属团队的软件项目开发能力的目的。本文首先基于所属企业面临的软件项目开发能力不佳的现状背景,探讨本论文的研究意义,阐述采取的研究思路和研究方法;然后通过对软件项目开发管理、CMMI相关理论的研究,搜集了相关的研究文献,对已有的研究成果与经验进行了学习;接着从理论结合实际的角度,基于Y软件的项目开发过程及能力现状和问题进行了收集整理和归因分析,针对归纳的主要原因识别出可进行改进结合的CMMI实践域,提出Y软件的项目开发能力提升方案,并对提升方案的落地进行了实施效果分析和经验分享,最后得出了研究结论和展望。笔者认为:结合CMMI实践域对Y软件的项目开发能力进行提升,可以通过建立统一的策略、规则和参考,标准化软件开发团队成员的工作水平,通过优化和增设关键工作流程,增强项目开发过程管理的可控性,从而帮助所属企业的软件产品不断的提升开发质效和用户满意度,使软件项目开发能力得到有效地提升。本文的研究目的不仅仅是希望某一个项目的开发能力能够有效地提升,也希望能通过此研究成果,为所属企业的其他软件项目在开发能力提升的问题上,提供一些借鉴和参考。对于其他具有内部软件产品开发管理背景的企业或项目团队,在理论上和实践上都会具有一定程度的指导和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the post epidemic era,the economic growth rate of the entire industry has slowed down.As one of the manufacturers providing software and hardware services to government and enterprises,affiliated enterprises are facing higher requirements for software project development and delivery as the country strengthens its requirements for information construction and customers continuously increase their requirements for software services.As the product manager of Y software for the M product line of the company I belong to,I have truly felt the pain points of poor demand management ability and worrying research and development quality of software products in the process of work.Through information communication with peers,I have learned about the improvement ability of CMMI practice area on software project development level.I plan to combine CMMI practice area to conduct improvement action research on the specific project development process of the team,in order to achieve the goal of improving the software project development ability of the team.This article first explores the research significance of this paper based on the current situation of poor software project development capabilities faced by the affiliated enterprises,and elaborates on the research ideas and methods adopted;Then,through the study of software project development management and CMMI related theories,relevant research literature was collected,and existing research results and experiences were learned;Then,from the perspective of combining theory with practice,the project development process and current status and problems of Y software were collected,organized,and attributed for analysis.Based on the main reasons summarized,CMMI practice areas that can be improved and combined were identified.A project development capability improvement plan for Y software was proposed,and the implementation effect of the improvement plan was analyzed and experience was shared.Finally,research conclusions and prospects were drawn.The author believes that by combining the CMMI practice area,the project development ability of Y software can be improved.By establishing unified strategies,rules,and references,standardizing the work level of software development team members,optimizing and adding key workflows,enhancing the controllability of project development process management,and helping the software products of the affiliated enterprise continuously improve development quality and user satisfaction,the software project development ability can be effectively improved.The research purpose of this article is not only to effectively improve the development ability of a certain project,but also to provide some reference and guidance for other software projects of the affiliated enterprise in improving development ability through this research result.For other enterprises or project teams with internal software product development and management backgrounds,it will have a certain degree of guidance and reference value in both theory and practice.更多还原
