新时代弘扬中国共产党人历史主动精神研究

【摘要】 以史为鉴,可以知兴替。历史主动精神是我们党在总结党的百年奋斗历程与历史经验的基础之上提出的重要理论概念。历史主动精神既是中国共产党的一种鲜明而宝贵的精神品格,又是党领导人民团结奋斗的过程中形成的一种优秀精神品质。在中国共产党人历史主动精神的指引下,党和国家事业取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革。当前,世界正经历百年未有之大变局,中华民族伟大复兴不可逆转,中国发展面临的机遇与挑战并存,在新时代条件下,必须充分认识中国共产党人历史主动精神,积极弘扬中国共产党人历史主动精神,才能在新的历史征程中继续把握历史发展的主动权,不断创造更多人间奇迹,昂首阔步迈向第二个百年奋斗目标和实现中华民族伟大复兴。本文以中国共产党人历史主动精神为研究对象,从生成依据、概念演进、丰富内涵、百年彰显、经验总结、机遇挑战、弘扬路径等方面对其进行深入系统的研究。本文总体分为四个部分:第一部分论述中国共产党人历史主动精神的生成、来源和内涵,主要回答中国共产党人历史主动精神“是什么”的问题。首先,从哲学自觉、基因血脉、实践基础分析了中国共产党人历史主动精神的生成依据;其次,通过挖掘马克思主义经典作家的相关理论文献,系统梳理中国共产党人历史主动精神的概念演进;最后,总结归纳中国共产党人历史主动精神的丰富内涵。第二部分从理论创新、实践创新、精神塑造、经验总结四个方面,回顾梳理了中国共产党人历史主动精神在百年党史中的充分彰显,并在此基础上总结历史经验,为新时代继续弘扬中国共产党人历史主动精神提供借鉴。第三部分结合新的时代条件,分析弘扬中国共产党人历史主动精神面临的机遇挑战。首先,从经济、政治、文化、社会四个方面,分析弘扬中国共产党人历史主动精神的有利条件;其次,从国际、国内、党内三个方面,分析弘扬中国共产党人历史主动精神面临的挑战。第四部分结合三方面的挑战,分别从国际、国内、党内三个维度提出相应的实践路径。本研究认为,中国共产党人历史主动精神实质是指在深刻认识、精准把握历史发展规律的基础前提上,中国共产党人立足于当前所处的时代条件,基于历史方位,自觉主动地适应时代发展大趋势,最大程度发挥自身的主体能动性,勇敢地肩负起自己的历史使命,通过科学谋划主动开辟未来,推动历史进一步发展的一种精神品质,充分展现出了勇于担当自身历史使命,主动开辟新未来的实践品格。中国共产党人历史主动精神在党的百年奋斗历程中发挥出了巨大的精神力量,也将继续为党未来发展提供方向上的科学指引。对中国共产党人历史主动精神的研究,有利于我们深刻地把握马克思主义政党所拥有的独特优势,时刻牢记新征程里中国共产党肩负起的伟大历史使命。更多还原

【Abstract】 We can learn from history.The historical initiative spirit is an important theoretical concept put forward by our party on the basis of summing up the party’s century-long struggle course and historical experience.The spirit of historical initiative is not only a bright and precious spiritual character of the Communist Party of China,but also an excellent spiritual quality formed in the process of the Party leading the people to unite and struggle.Under the guidance of the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists,the cause of the Party and the country has made historic achievements and undergone historic changes.Under the conditions of the new era,we must fully understand the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists and actively carry forward the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists,so as to continue to grasp the initiative of historical development in the new historical journey,continue to create more human miracles,and stride forward towards the second centenary goal and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper takes the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists as the research object,and conducts in-depth and systematic research on the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists from the aspects of generation basis,concept evolution,rich connotation,centennial manifestation,experience summary,opportunities and challenges,and promotion path.This article is divided into four parts:the first part discusses the generation,origin and connotation of the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists,and mainly answers the question of"what is the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists".Firstly,this paper analyzes the basis for the formation of the historical initiative spirit of the Chinese Communists from the perspective of philosophical consciousness,genetic bloodline,and practical basis.Secondly,by excavating the relevant theoretical literature of Marxist classic writers,the conceptual evolution of the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists is systematically sorted out.Finally,this paper summarizes the rich connotation of the historical initiative spirit of the Chinese Communists.The second part reviews and sorts out the full manifestation of the historical initiative spirit of the Chinese Communists in the 100-year history of the Party from four aspects:theoretical innovation,practical innovation,spiritual shaping and experience summary,and summarizes the historical experience on this basis,so as to provide reference for continuing to carry forward the historical initiative spirit of the Chinese Communists in the new era.The third part analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by carrying forward the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists in light of the conditions of the new era.First,from the four aspects of economy,politics,culture and society,the favorable conditions for carrying forward the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists are analyzed.Secondly,from the three aspects of international,domestic,and intra-party,this paper analyzes the challenges facing the development of the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists.The fourth part combines the challenges in three aspects,and puts forward the corresponding practical paths from the three dimensions of international,domestic and intra-party.This study argues that the essence of the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists refers to the spiritual quality of the Chinese Communists based on the current conditions of the times,based on the historical orientation,consciously and actively adapting to the general trend of the development of the times,giving full play to their own main initiative,bravely shouldering their own historical mission,actively opening up the future through scientific planning,and promoting the further development of history,fully demonstrating the courage to undertake their own historical mission.A practical character that takes the initiative to open up a new future.The historical initiative of the Chinese Communists has exerted tremendous spiritual strength in the course of the Party’s centennial struggle,and will continue to provide scientific guidance for the Party’s future development.The study of the historical initiative of the Chinese Communists is conducive to us profoundly grasping the unique advantages of the Marxist political party and always keeping in mind the great historical mission shouldered by the Communist Party of China in the new journey.更多还原
