【摘要】 随着社会对高质量教育资源需求的日益增长,国家和地方政府正在不断优化教育资源的配置。SY小学是当地政府着眼于教育资源优化升级的重要布局,该项目对新区优化教育资源配置和义务教育学校规划布局,促进教育均衡发展,提升公共配套建设具有重要意义。该项目进度目标具有不可调整的刚性要求,因此需要对其进行严格的进度管理,以确保学校能够按时完工和交付。首先,通过文献梳理,总结回顾了国内外在工程项目管理、工程进度管理、关键链技术等方面的研究进展。其次,结合学校建设的特点,深入分析了SY小学项目在进度管理方面存在的问题,识别出造成进度延误的主要原因以及影响该项目进度管理的各种因素。进而,将关键链技术引入SY小学项目的进度管理,通过约束资源识别、关键链的建立和缓冲区设置等环节,对SY小学项目的进度计划进行了优化,并从各方协作角度提出了相关控制和保障措施。最终,在该项目前期出现明显工期延误的情况下,通过应用科学的方法和立体化的措施,及时实施了项目进度纠偏,顺利完成项目交付。结果表明,关键链技术和所采取的措施对SY小学项目的进度管理可行有效,可以为其他同类项目的进度管理提供有价值的借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the demand for high-quality educational resources continues to grow,the state and local governments are constantly optimizing the allocation of educational resources.SY Primary School is an important layout by the local government aimed at upgrading the educational resources.This project has significant implications for optimizing the allocation of educational resources and the planning layout of compulsory education schools,promoting educational equity and enhancing public infrastructure.The progress target of this project has an unchangeable rigid requirement,so it needs strict progress management to ensure that the school can be completed and delivered on time.First,by a large amount of literature,this paper reviewed and summarized the research progress in project management,project progress management,and critical chain technology at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of school construction and identifies the problems in progress management of SY Primary School project,identifies the main reasons for delay in progress and the various factors affecting the progress management of the project.Then,the critical chain technology is introduced into the progress management of SY Primary School project,and the progress plan is optimized through the linkage of resource constraints,the establishment of critical chains,and buffer zone setting.From the perspective of collaboration among all parties,relevant control and guarantee measures are put forward.Finally,in the face of obvious delay in the project schedule at the initial stage,this paper implements the project progress correction scientifically and comprehensively by applying various measures in a three-dimensional manner,and successfully completes the project delivery.The results show that the critical chain technology and the measures adopted are feasible and effective for the progress management of SY Primary School project,and can provide valuable reference and guidance for the progress management of similar projects.更多还原
