北京地铁X号线减振降噪改造工程质量管理研究

Research on Quality Management of Vibration and Noise Reduction Renovation Project for Beijing Subway Line X

【摘要】 随着城市轨道交通迅猛发展,地铁运营引发的振动噪声问题越发严重,地铁减振降噪改造工程也备受关注。本文针对北京地铁X号线减振降噪改造工程质量管理展开研究,希望能够有效地提高北京地铁减振降噪改造工程质量。首先,在阐述国内外研究现状基础上,详细分析北京地铁X号线减振降噪改造工程质量管理在其组织结构、制度执行、技术管理和人员配备等方面现状,运用5M1E分析法从人员、机械设备、物料、方法工艺、测量及数据分析和环境六个方面深入剖析质量问题。接着构建包含改造工程前期、施工准备阶段、施工阶段和验收及试运行阶段质量管理的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,施工阶段和工程前期权重较高,施工人员等指标为关键因素;再用模糊综合评价法评价改造工程质量管理的有效性,结果显示整体处于一般水平,施工准备和施工阶段低于平均水平。进而确定质量管理控制目标,包括创建优质轨道系统、做到零事故质量的总体目标,减振降噪能力、轨道结构、材料质量等具体目标和质量持续改进目标。然后从工程前期、施工准备、施工过程和验收流程四个阶段提出具体的质量控制措施,如制度建设、方案编制、人员培训、材料检测、技术控制和完善验收等。研究结果表明,本工程应在控制关键环节和控制关键指标的基础上改进现有的缺点和不足,并进一步提高影响因素的分析,扩大研究规模和范畴,应用更加客观的方法,为地铁减振降噪改造工程质量管理提供更好支持。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the vibration and noise problems caused by subway operations have become increasingly serious,and the subway vibration and noise reduction renovation projects have also received much attention.This article focuses on the quality management of the vibration reduction and noise reduction renovation project of Beijing Metro Line X,hoping to effectively improve the quality of the project.Firstly,based on the current research status at home and abroad,a detailed analysis is conducted on the quality management of the vibration reduction and noise reduction renovation project of Beijing Metro Line X in terms of its organizational structure,system implementation,technical management,and personnel allocation.The 5M1E analysis method is used to deeply analyze quality issues from six aspects:personnel,mechanical equipment,materials,methods and processes,measurement and data analysis,and environment.Next,we will construct an evaluation index system that includes quality management in the early stages of renovation projects,construction preparation stages,construction stages,and acceptance and trial operation stages.We will use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of the indicators,with higher weights in the construction and early stages of the project,and key factors such as construction personnel;The effectiveness of the quality management of the renovation project was evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the results showed that the overall level was at a general level,with construction preparation and construction stages lower than the average level.Further determine the quality management and control objectives,including the overall goal of creating a high-quality track system and achieving zero accident quality,specific goals such as vibration and noise reduction capabilities,track structure,material quality,and continuous quality improvement goals.Then specific quality control measures are proposed from four stages:early stage of the project,construction preparation,construction process,and acceptance process,such as system construction,scheme preparation,personnel training,material testing,technical control,and improved acceptance.The research results indicate that this project should improve the existing shortcomings and deficiencies on the basis of controlling key links and key indicators,further enhance the analysis of influencing factors,expand the research scale and scope,apply more objective methods,and provide better support for the quality management of subway vibration reduction and noise reduction renovation projects.
