【摘要】 普通高中生涯规划教育是促进学生全面发展,培养学生成才的有效途径。新高考背景下,高中生拥有了更多的选科自主权,然而高中生对自身兴趣、能力的认知不足,对学科与职业的关联性缺乏系统了解,导致决策科学性薄弱。同时在中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴的进程中,社会对人才的需求日益呈现出多元化和个性化的趋势。普通高中作为衔接基础教育与高等教育的关键阶段,必须调整教育模式,让学生不仅掌握扎实知识,还要具备清晰的自我认知、职业认知与规划能力,因此高中实行生涯规划教育迫在眉睫。在这样的背景下,本文通过问卷调查以及访谈法,对青岛市X高中的学生进行问卷调查,以及对教师、家长等进行访谈。笔者发现X高中在生涯规划教育实施的过程中,虽在课程实施与师资配置上取得初步成效,但仍存在以下问题:其一,对生涯规划教育的理解偏差与重视不足;其二,生涯规划教育内容设计缺陷;其三,面临生涯规划教育教师资源短缺及素质问题;其四,缺乏有效的生涯规划教育评估体系;其五,生涯规划保障机制不完善。究其原因,社会支持缺位、学校管理偏差、家长认知局限及学生自主意识淡薄等因素共同制约教育实效。通过对X高中生涯规划教育现状、存在问题及存在问题的原因进行分析之后,针对存在的问题,结合文献研究、问卷调查等,提出优化对策:首先,树立生涯规划教育目标,包含对教育观念和教育目标的讨论;其次,完善生涯规划教育内容体系,从课程管理、教育内容提出具体建议;再次,促进生涯规划教师能力提升,包含教学手段、师资队伍建设和导师制度的分析;此外,优化生涯规划教育课程评价体系,从评估准则和互动评估体系提出具体建议;最后,多方联合优化改善生涯规划教育环境,从推动政策支持保障、加强家校深度协作以及深化社会多元合作优化教育环境。通过上述优化对策,加强和完善普通高中生涯规划教育,切实培养新时代下全面发展的人。同时为今后的普通高中生涯规划教育提供参考范例,促进生涯规划教育的健康、可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Career planning education in regular high school is an important way to cultivate students’comprehensive development and develop their potential abilities.Under the background of the new college entrance examination,high school students have greater autonomy in subject selection.However,students have limited self-awareness of their interests and abilities,as well as lack systematic understanding of the correlation between the subjects and future careers,resulting in weak decisions on how to choose subjects.At the same time,with the process of Chinese path to modernization enhancing national rejuvenation,the demand for talents in society is developing towards diversification and individualization.As a crucial stage connecting basic education and higher education,regular high schools must reform their educational ways to enable students to not only master academic knowledge,but also self-awareness,career awareness,and long-term planning abilities.This highlights the urgency of conducting career planning education in high schools.Under this background,the authors conducted surveys and interviews with students of X High School in Qingdao and interviewed teachers,parents and others.The authors found that while X High School made initial progress in course implementation and teacher placement in conducting career planning training,the following problems still exist:First,there is a lack of misunderstanding and focus on training for career planning education.Second,the content design of career planning education has shortcomings;Third,career planning education is facing lack of teachers both in quantity and quality;Fourth,there is a lack of an effective career planning education evaluation system;Fifth,the guarantee mechanism for career planning is not perfect.Lack of social support,imbalanced school management,limited awareness from parents,and inadequate student self-awareness limit the effectiveness of education.According to the analysis of the current situation,existing problems,and reasons for the problems in career planning education of X High School,the author combined literature and paper research,questionnaire surveys and others to propose strategies for the existing problems:First,there is a need to establish career planning education goals,including discussions on educational concepts and goals;Second,the school should improve the content system of career planning education,which includes specific suggestions about curriculum management and content of courses;Third,career planning education is improved by enhancing the career planning teachers’abilities which include teaching methods,construction on the team of teachers and the tutorial system;Fourth,career planning education is improved by optimizing the evaluation system of career planning education courses,and specific suggestions will be proposed from the evaluation criteria and interactive evaluation system;Further more,career planning education is improved by uniting multi-party to optimize the educational atmosphere,for instance,the government should strengthen guarantee policy support;The families and schools should strengthen the cooperation;The social,the government,the school and the family should collaborate on creating a valuable educational atmosphere.Through the above strategies and means,career planning education in senior high schools will be strengthened and improved with the aim of effectively cultivating people with comprehensive development in this new era.Do hope this paper could provide an example for career planning education in high school,so as to promote the development of the education in a healthy and sustainable way.更多还原
