【摘要】 生活与大学生劳动价值观培育紧密相连、息息相关,大学生劳动价值观培育不仅要贴近生活、融入生活,更要指导生活、引领生活,在使大学生认同、内化正确劳动价值观念后能够将正确劳动价值观念外化为行为实践,推动生活向前向上发展。在2020年颁布的《大中小劳动教育指导纲要(试行)》中数次提及“生活”,并主张劳动教育必须面向真实的生活世界,可见,大学生劳动价值观培育生活化是符合时代发展要求的必然趋势和落实培育实效性的有效方式。基于此,本研究立足于马克思主义学科基本立场,坚持理论分析与实证调研相结合的研究方法,在综合运用思想政治教育学、哲学、教育学等多学科理论的基础上,按照“学理阐释——前提追问——现实审思——路径探析”的行文逻辑,从紧密衔接的四个方面展开对大学生劳动价值观培育生活化问题的详尽探讨。第一章,学理阐释。本章旨在解决“什么是大学生劳动价值观培育生活化”这一前提问题。通过对前人观点的梳理,凝练出“生活”与“劳动价值观”的内涵,进而探讨“生活化”“大学生劳动价值观培育”以及“大学生劳动价值观培育生活化”的基本内涵。在明晰内涵的基础上,进一步从多方面指明了大学生劳动价值观培育生活化的内在要求,梳理马克思主义劳动价值观、马克思主义生活观、中国共产党人关于劳动和生活化的重要论述及生活教育理论代表性思想等相关理论资源,为后续研究做好前提准备。第二章,前提追问。本章旨在解决“为什么要进行大学生劳动价值观培育生活化”这一关键问题。通过挖掘大学生劳动价值观培育生活化的必要性、可行性及重要性来进行分析。具体来说,在必要性方面,从时代需要、内在需要及现实需要三个层面进行分析。在可行性方面,从生活与大学生劳动价值观培育的内在联系、相互关系出发进行把握。在重要性方面,从破解人工智能时代新挑战、推动培育工作守正创新及促进大学生深化劳动幸福三个层面进行阐释。第三章,现实审思。本章旨在解决“大学生劳动价值观培育生活化开展的怎么样”这一现实问题,遵照“把握机遇、查找问题、剖析原因”的思路展开审视与思考。通过调查研究发现,当前大学生劳动价值观培育生活化面临的机遇主要为:党和国家高度重视、高校培育工作持续推进及大学生劳动价值观状况日益好转。存在的问题主要为:培育内容的现实生活资源挖掘不充分、劳动实践活动引领生活效果不明显和培育氛围不够浓厚。关于问题归因主要体现在:社会生活环境变化、高校传统培育方式制约、家庭被动回应三方面。通过对上述内容进行梳理分析,对本研究后续有针对性地进行大学生劳动价值观培育生活化的路径探析至关重要。第四章,路径探析。本章旨在解决“大学生劳动价值观培育生活化怎么做”这一实践问题。基于对大学生劳动价值观培育生活化存在的主要问题及其背后的主要原因进行分析,从理论教学、实践养成、培育环境三方面出发探讨大学生劳动价值观培育生活化的路径。一是通过理论教学紧密联系大学生生活实际、注重紧跟现实生活变化调整理论教学、围绕现实生活构建相关教学情境及创新回归于生活的劳动话语表达促进理论教学取材于生活;二是通过日常生活劳动实践、生产劳动实践、服务性劳动实践和创新创业劳动实践四个层面引导实践养成服务于生活;三是在优化校园日常生活环境、改善网络虚拟生活环境及加强多元生活场域的劳动教育资源融合中营造培育环境立足于生活。通过以上三方面为完善和推进大学生劳动价值观培育生活化提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Life and the cultivation of college students’ labor values are closely connected and closely related,and the cultivation of college students’ labor values should not only be close to life and integrated into life,but also guide life and lead life,so that college students can identify with and internalize the correct labor values and then be able to externalize them into behavioral practices,and to promote the forward and upward development of life.In the "Guidelines for Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)" issued in2020,"life" is mentioned several times,and it is advocated that labor education must be oriented to the real life world,so it can be seen that the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values is an inevitable trend in line with the development requirements of the times and an effective way to implement the effectiveness of cultivation.Based on this,this paper is grounded in the basic positions of the Marxist discipline,adhering to the research methodology of unifying theoretical analysis and empirical research,on the basis of the comprehensive application of multidisciplinary theories of ideological and political pedagogy,philosophy,pedagogy and other disciplines,in accordance with the logic of "theoretical interpretation-premise questioning-realistic reflection-path exploration",the detailed discussion on the issue of the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values is carried out in four closely connected aspects.Chapter one,theoretical interpretation.The purpose of this chapters is to address the premise of the question "what is the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values?".Through sorting out the views of the predecessors,we condensed the connotation of "life" and "labor values",then we discuss the basic connotations of "life oriented","cultivation of college students’ labor values" and "life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values".On the basis of clarifying the connotation,it further indicates the inherent requirements for the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values from various aspects,to sort out the theoretical resources related to Marxist labor values,Marxist concept of life,important discourses on labor and life oriented by Chinese Communists,and representative ideas of life education theory,in order to prepare the prerequisites for the subsequent research.Chapter Two,premise questioning.The purpose of this chapters is to address the key question of "why should we conduct a life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values?".The analysis is carried out by exploring the necessity,feasibility and importance of the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values.Specifically,in terms of necessity,it is analyzed at three levels: the need of the times,the inherent need and the practical need.In terms of feasibility,it is grasped from the intrinsic connection and interrelationship between life and the cultivation of college students’ labor values.In terms of importance,it is explained at three levels: an important way to crack the new challenges in the age of artificial intelligence,an important initiative to promote the cultivation of righteousness and innovation,and an important way to promote the deepening of labor happiness among college students.Chapter three,realistic reflection.The purpose of this chapters is to address the practical issue of "what is the current situation of the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values?".Reviewing and thinking along the lines of "grasping opportunities,identifying problems and analyzing causes".Through the research,it is found that the opportunities facing the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values are: the Party and the State attach great importance to it,higher education formation continues to advance and universities is further enhancement,and the situation of college students’ labor values is getting better and better.The main problems are: insufficient exploitation of real-life resources for the cultivation content,insignificant effect of labor practice activities in leading life and insufficiently strong cultivation atmosphere.Regarding the attribution of the problem,it is mainly reflected in three aspects: changes in the social and living environment,the constraints of the traditional education model in colleges,and the passive response of families.By sorting out and analyzing the above contents,it is crucial for the subsequent targeted exploration of the path of the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values in this dissertation.Chapter four,path exploration.The purpose of this chapters is to solve the practical problem of "how to make the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values a living thing".Based on the analysis of the main problems and the main reasons behind the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values,the path of the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values is explored from the three aspects of theoretical teaching,practical upbringing,and nurturing environment.First,through the theoretical teaching closely linked to the actual life of college students,focusing on keeping up with the changes in real life to adjust the theoretical teaching,construction of relevant teaching situations around real life and perfected through the expression of labor discourse to promote the theoretical teaching from life;Secondly,it guides practical upbringing to serve life through four levels: daily life labor practice,production labor practice,service labor practice and innovation and entrepreneurship labor practice;Thirdly,to create a nurturing environment based on life by optimizing the environment of daily life on campus,improving the online virtual living environment and strengthening the integration of labour education resources in diversified life arenas.The above three aspects provide certain references for improving and promoting the life oriented cultivation of college students’ labor values.更多还原
