【摘要】 中国科学家精神作为第一批被纳入中国共产党精神谱系的伟大精神之一,具有重要的思想政治教育功能与价值,中国科学家精神与高校思想政治教育在意识形态性、教育内容与教育目标上具有内在一致性,将中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育是切实可行的。这既有利于丰富思想政治教育的资源库,增强高校思想政治教育的实效性,也有利于中国科学家精神育人功能的发挥,同时也能促进大学生全面发展,提高大学生科学精神修养,为中国式现代化建设事业汇聚人才力量。但是,通过前期对相关学术研究成果的整理分析发现,当前围绕中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育的实践研究较少。因此,有必要进一步对中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育进行研究。本文主要通过文献研究法和问卷调查法对中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育进行研究,文章主要分为五个部分。第一部分:绪论。阐述研究背景与意义、国内外研究现状、研究主要思路与方法、研究的创新与不足。重点阐述了中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育的理论研究现状。第二部分:中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育的相关概述。主要包括对中国科学家精神与高校思想政治教育的相关概念阐释,两者之间的关系阐述,以及相关理论基础的论述。第三部分:阐释中国科学家精神的基本内容及其发展历程。主要对中国科学家精神所包含的爱国、创新、求实、奉献、协同与育人精神进行阐释,重点对中国科学家精神在科学救国、科学报国、科教兴国与科技强国四个时期的发展进行论述。第四部分:中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育的现状分析。对调查问卷数据进行整理分析,发现当前在融入过程中存在高校对中国科学家精神的培育内容缺乏指向性、高校培育中国科学家精神的渠道较为单一、不同学科领域的融入程度参差不齐、崇尚科学的校内外环境氛围较弱等问题,进一步对存在问题进行成因分析,主要是因为教育内容缺乏针对性和系统性、不同师资类型之间育人协力不足、教育载体创新性和实效性有待提高、思政育人资源整合利用相对滞后。第五部分:中国科学家精神融入高校思想政治教育的对策。针对存在的不足之处,提出系统规划教育内容,提高中国科学家精神融入指向、综合运用思想政治教育载体,拓宽中国科学家精神融入渠道、推进思想政治教育队伍建设,强化师生共育、整合思政育人资源,优化融入的内外部环境的解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the first great spirits incorporated into the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China,the spirit of Chinese scientists has important functions and values of ideological and political education.The Chinese scientists’ spirit and ideological and political education in tertiary institutions have inherent consistency in ideology,educational content and goal.So,it is possible to incorporate the Chinese scientists’ spirit into ideological and political education in tertiary institutions.It is beneficial to enrich the resource of the ideological and political education,enhance its effectiveness,conducive to the educational function of the Chinese scientists ’ spirit.At the same time,it can also promote the all-round development of college students,improve their scientific spirit cultivation,and gather talents for the cause of Chinese-style modernization.However,through the analysis of relevant academic research results in the early stage,it is found that there are few practical studies about incorporating the Chinese scientists’ spirit into ideological and political education in tertiary institutions.Thus,it is necessary to conduct further relevant research.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and questionnaire to conduct research.This article consists of five parts.Part Ⅰ: Introduction.It elaborates the background and implication of the study,domestic and international research status,research ideas,methods,points of creativity and shortcomings.This section examines the current theoretical research status of incorporating the Chinese scientists’ spirit into ideological and political education in tertiary institutions.Part Ⅱ: Overview.It mainly includes the interpretation of concepts related to the Chinese scientists’ spirit and the ideological and political education in tertiary institutions,the relationship between the two,and the discussion of the relevant theoretical basis.Part Ⅲ: Explain the basic content and the history of the spirit of Chinese scientists.It mainly explains the patriotism,innovation,realistic,dedication,coordination and education spirit contained in the spirit of Chinese scientists,and focuses on the development of the spirit of Chinese scientists in the four periods of science and technology to save the country,to serve the country,to develop the country and to strengthen the country.Part Ⅳ: The analysis of the current situation.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,it is found that there are some problems in the integration process,such as the integration direction is not clear,the integration channel is single,the degree of integration is uneven,and the integration atmosphere is weak.Further analysis of the causes of the existing problems is mainly due to the lack of pertinence and unity of educational content,the lack of cooperation between different types of teachers,the innovation and effectiveness of educational carriers need to be enhanced,and the combination of ideological and political education resources is relatively stagnating.Part Ⅴ: Countermeasures.In view of the existing shortcomings,it is proposed to systematically plan the content of education to improve the directionality of integration,comprehensively use the carrier of ideological and political education to broaden the channels for the integration of Chinese scientists ’ spirit,promote the construction of related work team to strengthen the joint education between teachers and students,integrate the resources of ideological and political education to build the internal and external environment of integration.更多还原
