【摘要】 民族博物馆是公众认识历史,感知民族文化,探索知识和美的文化殿堂。它是民族情感和精神寄托的场所,是连接民族传统与现代文化的桥梁。作为拥有丰富民族文化资源的社会性教育机构,积极发挥着社会教育职能。云南民族博物馆社会教育的主要任务有:对青少年进行铸牢中华民族共同体意识的教育:促进公众认识民族文化多样性,对民族文化传承和弘扬;开展党的民族政策宣传,开展民族团结进步教育;重视民族情感、民族文化认同感的培养。云南民族博物馆以陈列展览和藏品为依托,集中展示了 26个世居民族丰富的精神世界和精湛的技艺传承。丰富的文化资源与教育资源利于开展民族博物馆的社会教育。从1995年建成开馆至今,该馆积极保护弘扬民族文化,始终践行博物馆社会教育核心价值,通过展陈讲解、馆校合作、教育活动、科研出版物、志愿者活动等进行博物馆社会教育,传递和弘扬爱国主义精神、增进民族认同与文化自信,产生了良好的社会反响。通过积极开展展览交流、承担国内研究课题、与高校共建基地、线上教育走进校园、因人而异的分众讲解、创新社教互动体验、充分利用新媒体如微信公众号等方式进行宣教,其多元化的社会教育方式,对其他民族博物馆开展社会教育提供了有效的借鉴作用,利于民族博物馆发展自身优势。基于调查研究的结果,通过从创新互联网社会教育、完善讲解服务管理体系、注入志愿者活动活力、健全公共服务设施、充分利用资源发展美育这五个方面,本文进一步提出优化建议,以期更好地发挥云南民族博物馆的社会教育价值,体现其民族类博物馆的重要地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Ethnic Museum serves as a cultural sanctuary for public understanding of history,perception of ethnic cultures,exploration of knowledge,and appreciation of beauty.It is also a place where ethnic emotions and spiritual aspirations are vested,acting as a bridge between ethnic traditions and modernity.As a socially-oriented educational institution rich in ethnic cultural resources,the Yunnan Nationalities Museum actively fulfills its social education functions.Its primary tasks include fostering a strong sense of Chinese national identity among young people,promoting public awareness of ethnic cultural diversity,fostering the inheritance and promotion of ethnic cultures,propagating the party’s ethnic policies,and advancing ethnic unity and progress education.The museum places emphasis on cultivating ethnic emotions and a sense of ethnic cultural identity.Relying on exhibitions and collections,the Yunnan Ethnic Museum showcases the rich spiritual world and exquisite skills inheritance of 26 indigenous ethnic groups.Its abundant cultural and educational resources facilitate social education in the museum.Since its establishment in 1995,it has been actively protecting and promoting ethnic cultures,consistently upholding the core values of museum social education.Through exhibitions,guided tours,cooperation with schools,educational activities,research publications,and volunteer activities,the museum conducts social education,transmitting and promoting the spirit of patriotism,enhancing ethnic identity and cultural confidence,thereby generating positive social responses.By actively expanding exhibition exchanges,undertaking domestic research projects,establishing bases with universities,bringing online education into campuses,offering tailored guided tours,innovating social education interactive experiences,and fully utilizing new media such as WeChat public accounts for educational purposes,its diversified social education methods provide effective references for other ethnic museums.Benefiting ethnic museums to develop their strengths.Based on the results of the research and investigation,optimization suggestions are put forward in five aspects,namely,innovating social education on the Internet,perfecting the management system of interpretation service,injecting vitality into volunteer activities,sounding public service facilities,and using resources to develop aesthetic education,so as to better bring into play the value of the Yunnan Nationalities Museum and to embody its important position as an ethnic-level museum and a large-scale museum of ethnic groups.更多还原
