【摘要】 河东盐文化遗产是运城盐湖文明和河东文化的重要载体,有着十分重大的历史和文化价值。河东盐在历史上占有举重若轻的地位,目前已积累了丰富的河东盐文化遗产。通过建档的方式对河东盐文化遗产进行保护,不仅可以留住独特的河东盐文化记忆,还可以丰富河东盐文化保护的内涵。本文在阐述河东盐文化遗产建档保护内涵的基础上,对河东盐文化遗产建档保护现状进行了调研,分析其建档保护已取得的成绩,并梳理了当前河东盐文化遗产建档保护存在的主要问题,由此提出针对性地建档保护建议。本文主要分为以下几个部分:首先是“绪论”,主要介绍本文的选题背景、研究目的与意义、国内外研究现状综述、研究方法与创新点;第一章“河东盐文化遗产与建档保护概述”,在厘清河东盐文化遗产和河东盐文化遗产档案含义的基础上,阐述河东盐文化遗产建档保护的内涵与意义;第二章“河东盐文化遗产建档保护的必要性和可行性”,从保护遗产、传承文明、打造品牌、推动经济发展指出对河东盐文化遗产建档保护的必要性,从政府引导、政策法规保障、保护力量加强、学术机构参与等四方面阐述建档保护的可行性;第三章“河东盐文化遗产建档工作现状”,主要调研了运城市盐湖生态保护与开发中心、盐湖区文化和旅游局、河东池盐博物馆等单位对河东盐文化遗产的建档保护工作,梳理得出建档保护已经取得的成绩及存在的问题;第四章“河东盐文化遗产建档保护思路与对策”,针对河东盐文化遗产建档保护工作中存在的问题,具体阐述了建档工作内容包括建档主体、建档对象以及建档原则、方式和标准,提出要落实政策法规、构建机制、社会力量协同创新、建立健全建档保护制度等宏观对策和档案部门主动参与、全面普查建档、进行数字建库等具体建议,以期构建一个完整的河东盐文化遗产建档保护体系;最后“结语”,总结全文并指出本文研究的局限性,展望河东盐文化遗产未来的建档保护工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hedong salt cultural heritage is an important carrier of Yuncheng Salt Lake civilization and Hedong culture,which has great historical and cultural value.Hedong salt occupies a light position in history and has accumulated rich cultural heritage of Hedong salt.The preservation of Hedong salt cultural heritage through filing can not only retain the unique memory of Hedong salt culture,but also enrich the connotation of the preservation of Hedong salt culture.On the basis of expounding the connotation of salt cultural heritage filing protection in Hedong,this paper conducted a survey on the status quo of salt cultural heritage filing protection in Hedong,analyzed the achievements of salt cultural heritage filing protection,and sorted out the main problems existing in the current salt cultural heritage filing protection in Hedong,so as to put forward targeted protection suggestions.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is"Introduction",which mainly introduces the background of this paper,the purpose and significance of the research,the summary of the research status at home and abroad,and the research on method and innovation.The first chapter,"Overview of Hedong Salt Cultural Heritage and archival protection",expounds the connotation and significance of the archival protection of Hedong salt cultural heritage on the basis of clarifying the meaning of the archival protection of Hedong salt cultural heritage and Hedong salt cultural heritage.Chapter two,"The Necessity and Feasibility of filing protection of Hedong Salt Cultural Heritage",points out the necessity of filing protection of Hedong salt cultural heritage from the aspects of heritage protection,civilization inheritance,brand building and economic development promotion,and expounds the feasibility of filing protection from four aspects,including government guidance,policy and regulation guarantee,group participation and academic institution participation.The third chapter,"The Status Quo of the filing of Hedong Salt Cultural Heritage",mainly investigates the filing and protection of Hedong Salt cultural heritage by Yuncheng Salt Lake Ecological Protection and Development Center,Salt Lake Culture and Tourism Bureau,Hedongchi Salt Museum and other units,and summarizes the achievements and existing problems of the filing and protection.Chapter four "Ideas and Countermeasures for the preservation of Hedong Salt Cultural Heritage",aiming at the existing problems in the preservation work of Hedong salt cultural heritage,elaborates the contents of the preservation work,including the main body of the preservation work,the object of the preservation work,as well as the principles,methods and standards of the preservation work.In order to construct a complete document protection system of Hedong salt cultural heritage,the paper puts forward macro-countermeasures such as implementing policies and regulations,building mechanisms,collaborative innovation of social forces,establishing and perfecting the document protection system,and specific suggestions such as active participation of archives departments,comprehensive census and document construction,and digital database construction.In the end,it summarizes the whole paper and points out the limitations of this study,and looks forward to the future preservation work of Hedong salt cultural heritage.更多还原
