地域文化资源融入国际中文教育研究

【摘要】 地域文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,是中国地域特色的文化结晶,是汉语学习者来到中国后最先接触的中国文化。地域文化作为汉语学习者了解中国文化的窗口,将其作为独特的教学资源融入到汉语教学中,有利于促进国际中文教育的在地化和当代化。而“海派文化”作为中国历史文化发展进程中的重要代表,不仅是上海地域文化的核心构成,也是来沪汉语学习者接触和理解上海文化的直接途径。深入挖掘“海派文化”在教学中的潜力,能够有效提升上海地域文化的国际吸引力,传播上海独特的城市文化特色,吸引更多汉语学习者前来学习,并推动汉语教学与本地文化的深度融合。基于此,本文以受“海派文化”影响的上海“甜食文化”为例,梳理了“甜食文化”的历史发展与特点,并分析了其作为上海地域文化资源融入对外汉语教学的重要意义,最后为了将“甜食文化”应用于上海地区国际中文教学的实践,本文提出了具体的应用策略和教学建议。本文共分为六个部分展开论述:第一部分阐述选题背景、研究意义以及上海地域文化的研究现状,并明确本文的理论基础与研究方法;第二部分探讨了“海派文化”对“甜食文化”的教学影响及其融入对外汉语教学的重要性;第三部分设计了一份针对来沪汉语学习者对上海“甜食文化”的认知调查问卷,并从问卷设计的分析和调查结果的分析两个方面,论证将海派“甜食文化”融入国际中文教学的必要性与重要性;在第四部分中,初步设计了一堂以“上海青团”为主题的文化体验课程,从教学思路和教学过程的设计与分析,证明了将“甜食文化”作为地域文化资源融入到上海地区国际中文教学的实践性和应用价值;第五部分从文化教材的编写与设置和教师教学两个方面,提出了海派“甜食文化”融入汉语教学的策略和建议;最后,第六部分总结全文,得出本文的研究结论。综上所述,“海派文化”作为上海地域文化的标志性象征,不仅是推动上海城市文化发展的核心动力,更是对外汉语教学中不可或缺的文化资源,应得到充分重视并融入教学实践。同时,“甜食文化”作为“海派饮食文化”的重要分支,与来沪汉语学习者的日常生活紧密相关,体现了上海地域文化的独特魅力,是对外汉语教学中不可忽视的文化教学资源。将“甜食文化”融入对外汉语教学,不仅有助于推广和发展上海地域文化,也是实现上海地区国际中文教学本土化与现代化的关键路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional culture is an important component of Chinese culture,a crystallization of China’s regional characteristics,and the first form of Chinese culture that foreign learners of Chinese encounter upon coming to China.As a window for learners of Chinese to understand Chinese culture,integrating regional culture as a unique teaching resource into Chinese language teaching is conducive to promoting the localization and modernization of International Chinese Language Education."Haipai Culture",as an important representative of the historical and cultural development of China,is not only the core component of Shanghai’s regional culture but also the direct way for foreign learners of Chinese in Shanghai to come into contact with and understand Shanghai’s culture.Deeply exploring the potential of"Haipai Culture"in teaching can effectively enhance the international appeal of Shanghai’s regional culture,spread the unique cultural characteristics of Shanghai,attract more learners of Chinese to come and study,and promote the deep integration of Chinese language teaching with local culture.Based on this,this thesis takes the"Sweet-food Culture"influenced by"Haipai Culture"as an example,sorts out the historical development and characteristics of the"Sweet-food Culture",and analyzes its significance as a regional cultural resource in integrating into teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Finally,in order to apply the"Sweet-food Culture"to the practice of International Chinese Language Teaching in Shanghai,this thesis proposes specific application strategies and teaching suggestions.This thesis is divided into six parts for discussion:The first part elaborates on the background of the topic,research significance,and the current research status of Shanghai’s regional culture,and clarifies the theoretical basis and research methods of this thesis;The second part explores the teaching influences of"Haipai Culture"on"Sweet-food Culture"and its importance in integrating into teaching Chinese as a foreign language;The third part designs a questionnaire survey on the cognition of Shanghai’s"Sweet-food Culture"among foreign learners of Chinese in Shanghai,and from the analysis of questionnaire design and survey results,it demonstrates the necessity and importance of integrating Shanghai’s"Sweet-food Culture"into International Chinese Language Teaching;In the fourth part,a cultural experience course with"Shanghai Sweet Green Rice Ball"as the theme is rudimentarily designed.Through the design and analysis of teaching ideas and teaching processes,it proves the practicality and application value of integrating"Sweet-food Culture"as a regional cultural resource into International Chinese Language Education in Shanghai;The fifth part,from the aspects of cultural textbook compilation and setting and teacher teaching,draws strategies and suggestions for integrating"Sweet-food Culture"into Chinese language teaching;Finally,the sixth part summarizes the full text and draws the research conclusions of this thesis.In conclusion,"Haipai Culture",as a symbolic representation of Shanghai’s regional culture,is not only the core driving force for the development of Shanghai’s urban culture but also an indispensable cultural resource in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which should be fully valued and integrated into teaching practice.At the same time,"Sweet-food Culture",as an important branch of"Haipai Food-Culture",is closely related to the daily life of foreign learners of Chinese in Shanghai,reflecting the unique charm of Shanghai’s regional culture and is a cultural teaching resource that cannot be ignored in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Integrating"Sweet-food Culture"into teaching Chinese as a foreign language not only helps to promote and develop Shanghai’s regional culture but is also a key path to achieving the localization and modernization of International Chinese Language Teaching in Shanghai.更多还原
