基于后悔理论的A公司物流配送中心选址研究

【摘要】 物流配送中心是连接产业链上下游的重要桥梁,其适当的选址对于加速库存周转、提高物流效率以及减少配送成本起着决定性作用,这对于提升企业的核心竞争力极为关键。鉴于配送中心建设需要庞大的资金投入、较长的建设周期以及缓慢的成本回收过程,加之选址一旦确定便会长期固定,选址的合理性不仅关系到配送中心的运营效率,也对整个企业的长期稳定发展产生长远的影响。本文通过选取A公司作为案例研究,详细阐述了该公司当前的物流配送运营情况,并对此提出了建设物流配送中心并确定选址的解决方案。为了进一步提升A公司物流配送的效率和客户满意度,通过分析,揭示了其物流配送体系中存在的若干问题,并对这些问题的成因进行了深入探讨。基于此,本文进一步提出了建设A公司物流配送中心的设想,因此本文搭建了配送中心选址评价指标体系,进而选取了4个衡量指标。第一,为了考虑到在物流配送中心选址决策中,决策过程受到决策损失的影响大于预期的心理行为对决策者的影响,本文运用后悔理论的方法,建立了分析模型,分析A公司的4个配送中心方案。第二,为了贴合现实情况中物流选址中决策者在决策过程中对于指标评估存在一定的模糊性,因此,本文采用了三角模糊数的模糊集来处理数据,进一步适应决策者评价思维在物流选址不确定环境下的模糊性。第三,为了寻求各个影响因素之间的影响强度和关联度,从而找到各影响因素之间的逻辑关系使决策结果更加贴近现实且更为可靠,本文通过将Grey-DEMATEL与此结合从而确定权重,为A公司的物流配送中心选址确定了最佳选址地。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics distribution center is an important bridge connecting the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.Its appropriate site selection plays a decisive role in accelerating inventory turnover,improving logistics efficiency and reducing distribution costs,which is very critical for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.In view of the construction of the distribution center requires huge capital investment,long construction cycle and slow cost recovery process,and the site selection will be fixed for a long time once determined,the rationality of the site selection is not only related to the operation efficiency of the distribution center,but also has a long-term impact on the long-term and stable development of the whole enterprise.By selecting A company as A case study,this paper expounds the current logistics distribution operation of the company,and puts forward the solution of building the logistics distribution center and determining the site selection.In order to further improve the logistics distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction of company A,some problems existing in its logistics distribution system are revealed through analysis,and the causes of these problems are deeply discussed.Based on this,this paper further puts forward the idea of building the logistics distribution center of the A company,so this paper builds the evaluation index system of the site selection of the distribution center,and then selects four measurement indicators.First,in order to take into account the impact of the decision process on the decision loss of decision loss than expected,this paper uses the method of regret theory to establish an analysis model and analyze the four distribution center schemes of company A.Second,in order to fit the real situation of logistics site selection,the decision maker has some ambiguity in the index evaluation in the decision-making process,so this paper uses the fuzzy set of triangular fuzzy number to process the data and further adapt to the ambiguity of the decision makers’ evaluation thinking in the uncertain environment of logistics site selection.Thirdly,in order to seek the influence strength and correlation degree between the influencing factors,so as to find the logical relationship between the influencing factors and make the decision results more realistic and more reliable,this paper determines the weight by combining Grey-DEMATEL with this,and determines the best location for the location of the logistics distribution center of Company A.更多还原
