【摘要】 二十一世纪以来,随着能源短缺及环保问题日益凸显,低碳目标越发重要,低碳形势在全球范围内不断发展和演变。十四五规划中确定了发展战略性新兴产业与推动能源革命等目标,明确了重点推动新能源汽车产业的发展。近年来,许多专家学者对于新能源汽车进行了大量的市场及技术研究,但新能源汽车电池盒项目管理面临着项目立项投资决策、产品设计性能保证、过程开发技术攻关、项目交付成本控制等诸多风险。这些都给项目风险管理带来极大的挑战,为了确保项目成功,对于项目的风险管理显得尤为总要。本文以CX公司新能源汽车电池盒项目为例,结合项目开发过程中的风险管理问题及现有项目开发流程和风险管理理论,探索出了一套具有实践意义且适合CX公司的风险管理体系,增强了公司的项目风险管理综合能力。一、通过对国内外项目风险管理理论发展的研究,结合CX公司现有项目管理流程所存在的问题及电池盒项目的特点,选择符合本公司本项目特点的项目风险管理过程和方法,为风险管理的研究提供了理论依据。二、通过对CX公司电池盒项目风险管理现状分析,明确公司在风险管理体系方面的问题:风险识别及风险评价依赖于经验主义,风险应对及监控机制不完善,管理层和项目团队风险意识及重视度不足;为风险管理提供了研究方向。三、结合风险管理理论与风险管理问题进行风险管理体系研究。首先,采用头脑风暴法和检查表法对风险进行系统识别;然后,通过风险矩阵法和定性/定量分析法,评估风险的严重度及发生率,确定风险的优先级分类;最后,根据不同的风险等级,运用根本原因分析和成本效益分析,分别制定对应的风险应对策略和措施;开展应对行动的过程中,通过风险监控机制实时监控风险状态,调整风险应对计划,实现对项目风险的有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 21 st century,with the increasingly prominent issues of energy shortage and environmental protection,low-carbon goals have become increasingly important,and the low-carbon situation is constantly developing and evolving on a global scale.The 14 th Five Year Plan has set goals for developing strategic emerging industries and promoting the energy revolution,and has identified key areas for promoting the development of the new energy vehicle industry.In recent years,many experts and scholars have conducted extensive market and technological research on new energy vehicles.However,the management of new energy vehicle battery box projects faces many risks,such as project investment decisions,product design performance assurance,process development technology breakthroughs,project delivery cost control.These all pose great challenges to project risk management,and in order to ensure project success,risk management is particularly important.This article takes the new energy vehicle battery box project of CX Company as an example,and combines the risk management issues,existing project development processes,and risk management theories to explore a practical and suitable risk management system for CX Company,enhancing the company’s comprehensive project risk management capabilities.1.Through research on the development of project risk management theory both domestically and internationally,combined with the existing problems in CX Company’s project management process and the characteristics of the battery box project,we have selected a project risk management process and method that is suitable for the characteristics of our company’s project,providing a theoretical basis for risk management research.2.By analyzing the current situation of risk management in CX Company’s battery box project,it is clear that the company has problems in the risk management system:risk identification and evaluation rely on empiricism,risk response and monitoring mechanisms are not perfect,and the management and project team have insufficient risk awareness and attention;Provided a research direction for risk management.3.Research on risk management system by combining risk management theory with risk management issues.Firstly,use brainstorming and checklist methods to systematically identify risks;Then,using risk matrix and qualitative/quantitative analysis method,evaluate the severity and incidence of risks,and determine the priority classification of risks.Finally,based on different risk levels,use root cause analysis and cost-benefit analysis to develop corresponding risk response strategies and measures;During the process of carrying out response actions,the risk monitoring mechanism is used to monitor the risk status in time,adjust the risk response plan,and achieve effective control of project risks.更多还原
