【摘要】 随着改革开放的深入发展,我国社会经济发展迅速,人们对电子产品需求也正在逐年攀升。电子产品激烈的市场竞争,需要对电子产品开发项目进度进行有效管理。FT电子公司除了增加产品新技术研发方面投入,还引入了项目管理理论就对新定制电子产品研发流程中的每个阶段和每个环节进行严格控制,以提高A开发项目的成功率。论文围绕FT公司电子产品A开发项目的进度管理问题进行研究。首先介绍了A开发项目的基本情况,详细剖析了A开发项目目前在项目进度计划、进度控制及实施存在的问题;然后基于工作分解结构WBS对A项目进行层层分解,分别是原型机阶段(Proto)、工程验证样机阶段(EVT)、设计验证样机阶段(DVT)和小批量试产样机阶段(PVT)等4个阶段。每阶段包括明确需要完成的工作、顺序和人员责任等,构建出项目责任矩阵,并对项目的每项任务完成时间给出了估算,其次运用关键路径法确定电子产品A项目中的关键线路,从而进行工期和费用的优化,制定出电子产品A项目的进度计划,同时,进行了A项目计划进度实施效果评述。最后,根据进度计划制定电子产品A项目的详细的实施和保障方案。本研究为FT电子公司的电子产品A项目进度管理提供了解决方案,同时也为其他公司的类似电子产品生产进度管理提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further development of reform and opening up,the rapid development of our social economy,people’s demand for electronic products is also growing year by year.The fierce market competition of electronic products requires effective management of the progress of electronic product development projects.In addition to increasing the investment in the research and development of new technologies,FT Electronics also introduced the project management theory to strictly control each stage and each link in the research and development process of new customized electronic products,so as to improve the success rate of A development project.This research focuses on the progress management of FT Company’s electronic product A development project.Firstly,the basic situation of A development project is introduced,and the existing problems in the project schedule,schedule control and implementation of A development project are analyzed in detail.Then,based on the work breakdown structure WBS,the project A is decomposed layer by layer,which are respectively prototype stage(Proto),engineering verification prototype stage(EVT),design verification prototype stage(DVT)and small batch pilot production prototype stage(PVT).Each stage includes the work to be completed,the sequence and personnel responsibilities,etc.,the project responsibility matrix is constructed,and the completion time of each task of the project is estimated.Secondly,the critical path method is used to determine the key routes in the electronic product A project,so as to optimize the construction period and cost,and formulate the schedule plan of the electronic product A project.The implementation effect of project A plan is reviewed.Finally,the detailed implementation and support plan of electronic product A project was formulated according to the schedule.This study provides A solution for the schedule management of electronic product A project of FT Electronics Company,and also provides a reference for the production schedule management of similar electronic products of other companies.更多还原
