【摘要】 金融IT服务企业的核心是技术与创新。近年来,在金融科技快速发展的同时,金融机构对数字化、智能化转型的需求也愈加强烈,为金融IT服务企业带来巨大的商机。另一方面,新冠疫情和世界政治经济的不确定性也为金融IT服务企业带来前所未有的挑战和威胁。在这百年不遇的大变革的背景下,发展战略对于金融IT服务企业尤为重要。如何从更高的视角和维度,高瞻远瞩、未雨绸缪,审视和谋划地更加长远、更加深入、更加全面,将极大的影响企业的未来发展。本文通过文献分析法、调查分析法、定性定量分析法等研究方法,以及对企业战略管理理论的综合研究和运用,以A金融IT服务企业为研究对象,对A金融IT服务企业内外部环境进行了综合分析。首先采用了PEST分析法,从政治、经济、技术和社会四方面分析了宏观环境中影响企业发展的各种因素,并通过波特五力模型对金融IT服务行业中的潜在进入者、替代品厂商、现有企业、供应商、直接顾客与最终顾客的情况进行了具体地分析。同时,从公司主营业务、组织架构、人力资源、技术资源、研发能力、营销能力、组织管理能力各方面对企业内部的核心资源和能力进行了详尽地分析。进而运用了SWOT分析法归纳总结出对企业发展有重要影响的外部机会和威胁以及内部的优势和劣势在不同组合下产生的备选战略。由于现阶段外部威胁非常突出,带来的风险和不确定性对企业发展影响巨大,且A金融IT服务企业的优势非常明显,因此选择了优势-威胁(ST)组合。在此定性分析的基础上,又通过定量战略计划矩阵,选择和制定了密切相关多元化发展战略。最后,从发展战略的实施和保障措施两方面,为发展战略的顺利执行和落地保驾护航。本文重点研究A金融IT服务企业的发展战略,实现资源的最佳配置,全面提升企业的核心能力,从而实现企业与客户的互惠共赢,帮助A企业在经济衰退风险增大、金融科技高速发展、金融机构数字化转型需求迫切、集团业务线重组整合、代际交替带来的全新需求开始涌现、中国本土金融IT发展迅猛等因素交织的情况下,有更清晰的战略目标。通过密切相关多元化战略增加新企业级平台核心业务线;潜心钻研机器学习技术作为第三成长曲线,并且在虚拟现实/增强现实技术方面深入研究为未来打造第四成长曲线;战略性的储备大数据分析技术、区块链技术、物联网技术和智能合约技术,以获得更稳健的发展。也为行业内其他企业思考、制定或评价自身的发展战略具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core of financial IT service enterprises is technology and innovation.In recent years,with the rapid development of fintech,financial institutions have increasingly strong demand for digital and intelligent transformation,which has brought huge business opportunities and development for financial IT service enterprises.On the other hand,the COVID-19 pandemic and global political and economic uncertainties have also brought unprecedented challenges and threats to financial IT service enterprises.Through literature analysis,survey analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis and other research methods,as well as the comprehensive research and application of enterprise strategic management theory,this paper takes A financial IT service enterprise as the research object,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of A financial IT service enterprise.PEST analysis method is adopted to analyze various factors affecting the development of enterprises in the macro environment from the political,economic,technical and social aspects,and the Porter’s five Forces model is used to specifically analyze the situation of potential entrants,substitute manufacturers,existing enterprises,suppliers,direct customers and final customers in the financial IT service industry.At the same time,from the company’s main business,organizational structure,human resources,technical resources,research and development ability,marketing ability,organization and management ability of the company’s internal core resources and capabilities are analyzed in detail.Then the SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the external opportunities and threats that have an important impact on the development of the enterprise as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses under different combinations of alternative strategies.On the basis of this qualitative analysis,and through the quantitative strategic planning matrix,choose and formulate the most suitable for the development strategy of A company at the present stage.Finally,from the implementation of the development strategy and safeguard measures,the smooth implementation and landing of the development strategy escort.This paper focuses on the development strategy of financial IT service enterprise of A,realizes the optimal allocation of resources,comprehensively improves the core capabilities of enterprise,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results between enterprise and customers,and helps enterprise have clearer strategic goals in the context of the increasing risk of recession,the rapid development of financial technology,the urgent need for digital transformation of financial institutions,the restructuring and integration of business lines,the emergence of new needs brought about by the change of generations,and the rapid development of China’s local financial IT services.Maintain and build core competitiveness by closely related diversification strategy to add new main business lines,concentrate on nurturing new businesses for the future,and continuously improve the value of employees and enterprises to achieve more stable development.It also has certain reference significance and reference value for other enterprises in the industry to think,formulate or evaluate their own development strategies更多还原
