【摘要】 在互联网技术日益成熟的背景下,互联网成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分,能够构建起一个开放、自由的互动平台,网络舆情随之走入大众视野。在党的二十大报告中,强调了网络安全保障体系建设的重要性,地方政府也逐渐提高对网络舆情的治理能力,采取了多项措施加强对网络环境的治理。近些年S市政府应对网络舆情时仍然存在一些问题,如果在解决舆情事件时没有让公众满意,势必会影响政府的形象和公信力。本文的主题是论述了网络舆情视角下S市政府公信力提升的策略研究,主要包括以下五个部分,第一部分介绍了选题的背景和研究意义,梳理的国内外研究现状,阐述了论文的创新点以及研究方法。第二部分界定了政府公信力和网络舆情的概念,阐述了政府公信力的影响因素以及基础研究理论。第三部分阐述了S市政府公信力现状。第四部分主要阐述了S市政府公信力存在的问题及其原因分析,包括政府对网络舆情的应对能力不足、公众对政府及网络存在认知偏差、网络环境的无序性。第五部分重点介绍网络舆情视角下提升S市政府公信力提升的具体策略,包括完善政府对网络舆情的应对措施、消除公众的认知偏差、提升公众自身能力和净化网络环境,构建文明健康的网络社会、不断提高政府对舆情的应对能力、提高政府的公信力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the increasingly mature Internet technology,the Internet has become an indispensable part of people’s lives,which can build an open and free interactive platform,and network public opinion will then enter the public vision.Internet communication has the characteristics of concealness,and the information disseminated is both true and false.Some unauthenticated false information will spread and spread wildly on the Internet,which is easy to mislead the public to express their opinions.After the emergence of online public opinion,it is easy to develop in a negative direction,which will affect the government’s credibility construction.In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the importance of building a network security system was emphasized,and local governments gradually strengthened their ability to govern online public opinion and took a number of measures to strengthen the governance of the network environment.However,with the rapid development of the Internet and the increase in the number of netizens,there are still some problems in S City Government’s response to online public opinion in recent years,which damages the credibility of the government.If the government of S City fails to satisfy the public when solving public opinion events,the image and credibility of the government will inevitably be affected.The theme of this paper is to discuss the strategic research on improving the credibility of S Municipal Government from the perspective of network public opinion,which mainly includes the following five parts.The first part introduces the background and research significance of the topic selection,reviews the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the innovation points and research methods of this paper.The second part defines the concepts of government credibility and network public opinion,and expounds the influencing factors and basic research theories of government credibility.The third part briefly discusses the positive and negative effects of network public opinion.The fourth part mainly expounds the main reasons for the decrease of unfairness of S Municipal government caused by network public opinion,including the government’s insufficient ability to cope with network public opinion,the public’s cognitive bias towards the government and the network,and the disorder of the network environment.The fifth part focuses on the ways to enhance the credibility of S City government from the perspective of network public opinion更多还原
