【摘要】 近年来,随着国际船运业的不断发展,船舶温室气体和污染物排放对海洋环境的影响越来越大。在此背景下,国际防污染公约和各国船舶排放标准相继出台,排放控制限值不断收紧。因此,船公司内船舶的绿色运营则成为了重中之重。当前对船公司船舶绿色运营的评价工作很重要,它可以使相关管理部门掌握当前船公司内船舶绿色运营的现状,明确进一步发展的关键点,也可以了解船公司内船舶绿色运营发展的方向。随着绿色生态发展理念的更新、绿色运营的发展,对船公司内经营船舶的绿色运营发展需要更具适用性的评价指标体系和评价方法。本文以对船公司层面的船舶绿色运营为研究对象,参考了国内外相关研究文献,查阅分析了国际海事组织公约及政策,综合了企业层面的船公司绿色运营、船公司船舶绿色度的特点以及涵义。从绿色技术经济、环境、能源、资源、人文、运营构建出6个一级指标、15个二级指标,构成船公司船舶绿色运营的评价指标体系。进而,分别利用二项系数法和因子分析法给指标进行赋权。再用线性加权(距离函数)确定组合赋权,建立了综合评价模型。实证分析表明,通过对模型的验证可以看出,本文的评价结果和样本在同时间段内的经济效益吻合性较好,并能同时反应出船公司船舶绿色运营发展程度可以给企业带来的收益的不同影响。从分析结果上看,进一步提高了船舶运营绿色发展评价的透明程度,并且使得评价过程方便、快捷。利用本文的评价指标体系和评价方法对10家船舶公司的船舶绿色运营情况进行了评价,同时对评价结果做了分析,并且验证了本文方法的实用性及合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous development of the international shipping industry,the impact of greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions from ships on the marine environment has become increasingly significant.Against this backdrop,international pollution prevention conventions and national ship emission standards have been introduced,with emission control limits becoming progressively stricter.As a result,the green operation of ships within shipping companies has become a top priority.Evaluating the green operation of ships within shipping companies is crucial,as it allows relevant regulatory authorities to understand the current status of green operations,identify key areas for further development,and determine the direction of green operational development within shipping companies.As the concept of green ecological development evolves and the focus on green operations grows,the evaluation of green operations for ships within shipping companies requires a more applicable evaluation index system and methodology.This thesis focuses on the green operation of ships at the shipping company level.It references relevant domestic and international research literature,reviews and analyzes International Maritime Organization conventions and policies,and synthesizes the characteristics and implications of green operations at the company level,as well as the green performance of ships within companies.Six primary indicators(technology,economics,environment,energy,resources,and human factors)and 15 secondary indicators are constructed,forming an evaluation index system for the green operation of ships within shipping companies.Furthermore,binomial coefficient methods and factor analysis are employed to assign weights to the indicators.The combined weighting is determined using a linear weighted(distance function)approach,and a comprehensive evaluation model is established.Empirical analysis shows that through the verification of the model,it can be seen that the evaluation results of this thesis and the economic benefits of the samples in the same period of time are in good agreement,and can also reflect the different impacts of the development degree of green ship operation of shipping companies on the earnings of enterprises.From the analysis results,it further improves the transparency of green development evaluation of ship operation,and makes the evaluation process convenient and fast.This thesis uses the evaluation index system and evaluation method to evaluate the green ship operation of 10 shipping companies,and analyzes the evaluation results,and verifies the practicability and rationality of the method in this thesis.更多还原
