基于信息加工理论的道路应急救援管理系统交互界面设计

【摘要】 汽车工业的进步,推动着道路救援服务行业的蓬勃发展,随着道路救援服务需求不断加大,对道路应急救援管理系统提出了更高的要求。道路应急救援管理系统交互界面作为专业操作人员和系统直接联系的纽带,良好的系统界面设计在提高救援效率、降低事故损失方面扮演着重要角色,但现有的道路应急救援管理系统界面存在布局复杂、操作流程繁琐以及信息呈现不直观等问题。针对上述问题,本文从认知心理学的角度出发,以信息加工过程为切入点,完成交互界面设计实践,并采用综合评价的方法对设计方案进行评估,提高操作人员的操作体验。本文主要研究工作如下:首先,通过对道路应急救援管理系统任务的研究,归纳系统的功能模块,总结道路应急救援管理系统软件的特点,明确该管理系统界面存在的问题;通过用户访谈和问卷调查定性定量相结合的方法获得用户需求,运用Kano模型对用户需求按照优先级排序,建立用户需求模型,通过Y模型理论将用户需求转化为界面功能。其次,对信息加工理论范畴展开讨论,从感知、注意、记忆以及反应四个方面分析用户信息加工的特点,整理归纳出道路应急救援管理系统的界面设计原则,对道路应急救援管理系统界面的信息架构、界面布局、交互方式以及视觉设计要素进行分析,为后续设计奠定基础。然后,建立道路应急救援管理系统界面功能框架,分析系统的接处警管理、调度管理、信息管理以及应急指挥四个典型功能模块的任务流程,从交互设计、细节设计、以及视觉设计三个方面对道路应急救援管理系统界面展开设计。最后,将模糊评价法、层次分析法与熵权法相结合,构建基于操作交互、界面设计和功能设计三个维度的道路应急救援管理系统界面评价体系,从定性和定量两个角度,对设计方案进行评估,评估结果验证基于信息加工理论的道路应急救援管理系统的界面设计的可行性。
【Abstract】 The advancement of the automotive industry has driven the thriving development of the road rescue service industry.With the increasing demand for road rescue services,higher requirements have been placed on road emergency rescue management systems.The interactive interface of the road emergency rescue management system,serving as the direct link between professional operators and the system,plays a crucial role in improving rescue efficiency and reducing accident losses.However,the existing interfaces of road emergency rescue management systems face issues such as complex layouts,cumbersome operation processes,and non-intuitive information presentation.To address these problems,this thesis adopts a cognitive psychology perspective and uses the information processing process as the entry point to complete the interactive interface design practice.A comprehensive evaluation method is employed to assess the design scheme and enhance the operation experience of the operators.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,through the study of the tasks of the road emergency rescue management system,the functional modules of the system are summarized,and the characteristics of the road emergency rescue management system software are summarized,clarifying the problems existing in the interface of the management system.User requirements are obtained through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods of user interviews and questionnaire surveys.The Kano model is used to prioritize and sort user requirements,establish a user requirement model,and transform user requirements into interface functions through the Ymodel theory.Secondly,the thesis discusses the scope of information processing theory and analyzes the characteristics of user information processing from four aspects: perception,attention,memory,and response.It summarizes the interface design principles of the road emergency rescue management system and analyzes the information architecture,interface layout,interaction methods,and visual design elements of the road emergency rescue management system interface,laying the foundation for subsequent design.Thirdly,the interface function framework of the road emergency rescue management system is established,and the task processes of four typical functional modules of the system,namely,call handling management,dispatch management,information management,and emergency command,are analyzed.The interface design of the road emergency rescue management system is carried out from three aspects: interaction design,detail design,and visual design.Finally,the thesis combines the fuzzy evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process,and entropy weight method to construct an evaluation system for the road emergency rescue management system interface based on three dimensions: operation interaction,interface design,and functional design.The design scheme is evaluated from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives,and the evaluation results verify the feasibility of the interface design of the road emergency rescue management system based on information processing theory.
