【摘要】 马克思主义民族理论以其丰富且科学的内容成为中国共产党人解决民族问题的行动指南,在中国革命、建设和改革开放的进程中马克思主义民族理论得到了不断地丰富和发展。站在实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局上,十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调中华民族共同体建设的重要性,并对民族工作作出了重要指示和批示,提出要“推进中华民族共同体建设”同时提出了“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”的重要原创性论断,并要求以此为主线推动新时代党的民族工作高质量发展。在这一过程中,我们党创造性地把马克思主义民族理论同中国民族问题具体实际相结合,走出一条中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路。马克思主义民族理论为推进中华民族共同体构建提供了方法原则、理论基础并指明了发展方向,具有重要的时代意义。在马克思主义民族理论的指导下,中华民族共同体的建设取得了巨大的成就。然而,由于国内民族工作的新形势、新特点以及国际局势矛盾此起彼伏,蓄意挑拨中华各民族间矛盾的情况依旧存在,对我国民族团结产生了一定的威胁,因此,在推进中华民族共同体建设的进程中也不免存在着一些问题。鉴于此,新时代做好民族工作,应结合当今时代中国面临的种种民族问题,立足于中国特色的社会主义具体实践,坚持吸收和借鉴马克思主义民族理论的科学内容,探索推进中华民族共同体建设的基本对策,推动民族工作高质量发展,进而在最大程度上凝聚起民族团结奋进的磅礴力量,共圆中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。论文主体由五个部分构成:第一部分,以中华民族共同体的相关概念为切入点,对民族、中华民族、共同体和中华民族共同体的相关概念进行了详细的阐述,同时从理论根基、历史之承和思想源流三个方面来分析推动中华民族共同体建设的根本依据,进而为后文的进一步研究奠定牢固的基础。第二部分,总结马克思主义民族理论的主要内容。在坚持和完善马克思主义民族理论的进程中,中国共产党人形成了具有中国特色的处理民族工作的方法,为了在多民族的中国更好地运用马克思主义民族理论解决在当下中国发生的新情况、新问题,从而增强民族凝聚力,必须回归经典原著,对马克思主义民族理论的主要内容进行系统化地梳理。根据第一部分中对民族、中华民族、共同体和中华民族共同体概念的阐述,总结马克思主义民族理论的实质性要点:民族和谐理论、民族发展理论和民族解放理论。第三部分,探究马克思主义民族理论对推进中华民族共同体建设的时代意义。理论意义在于马克思主义民族和谐理论为推进中华民族共同体构建提供方法原则、马克思主义民族发展理论为推进中华民族共同体构建奠定理论基础、马克思主义民族解放理论为推进中华民族共同体构建指明发展方向;实践意义在于有助于实现各民族的繁荣发展、有助于解决我国的民族问题并维护国家统一、有助于实现中华民族的伟大复兴。第四部分,对马克思主义民族理论视域下推进中华民族共同体建设的现状进行了系统分析。从政治、经济、文化、社会四个方面全面、深入分析了马克思主义民族理论视域下推进中华民族共同体建设取得的成绩。同时,基于马克思主义民族理论视域下推进中华民族共同体建设取得的成绩,分析了建设中华民族共同体进程中存在的问题,主要包括境内外民族分裂势力、经济社会发展不平衡、多元化思潮冲击以及狭隘民族主义的影响。第五部分,积极地推进中华民族共同体建设、铸牢中华民族共同体意识更需要全方位、多层次、多维度地把握和理解,并在实践中一以贯之,因此需要坚持问题导向,从突出政治保障,强化政治引领;推进经济发展,奠定物质基础;构筑精神文化家园,强化情感归属;营造良好社会氛围,筑牢民生基石四个方面为马克思主义民族理论视域下推进中华民族共同体建设提供针对性的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Marxist ethnic theory,with its rich and scientific content,has become the guide to action for Chinese Communists to solve ethnic problems.In the process of China’s revolution,construction and reform and opening up,the Marxist ethnic theory has been constantly enriched and developed.Standing on the strategy of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on the global,since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed the importance of community construction of the Chinese nation,and made important instructions and instructions for ethnic work,put forward to "promote community construction of the Chinese nation" and put forward the "cast prison community consciousness of the Chinese nation" important original assertion,and requirements as the main line to promote the new era of the party’s ethnic work high quality development.In this process,our Party has creatively combined the Marxist ethnic theory with the concrete reality of Chinese ethnic issues,and found a correct path to solve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics.The Marxist ethnic theory provides the method,principle,theoretical basis and points out the development direction for promoting the construction of the Chinese national community,which is of great significance to The Times.Under the guidance of the Marxist ethnic theory,great achievements have been made in the construction of the Chinese national community.However,due to the new situation and new characteristics of domestic ethnic work and the international situation,the situation of deliberately provoking conflicts between various ethnic groups in China still exists,which poses a certain threat to Chinese ethnic unity.Therefore,there are inevitably some problems in the process of promoting the construction of the Chinese national community.In view of this,the new era to do a good job of ethnic groups,should be combined with the current era China faces ethnic problems,based on the concrete practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,adhere to absorb and draw lessons from the scientific content of marxist ethnic theory,explore the basic countermeasures to promote community construction of the Chinese nation,promote the development of ethnic work quality,and to the greatest extent condensed the mighty power of ethnic solidarity,round the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the Chinese dream.Paper main body consists of five parts: the first part,with the relevant concept of the Chinese community of the Chinese nation as the breakthrough point,the ethnic group,the Chinese nation,community and the relevant concept of the Chinese nation community elaborated in detail,at the same time from the theoretical foundation,history and ideas from three aspects to promote the fundamental basis of the Chinese nation community construction,and for further research to lay a solid foundation.The second part summarizes the main content of Marxist ethnic theory.In the process of upholding and perfecting the marxist ethnic theory,the Chinese communist party formed with Chinese characteristics,in order to work in multi-ethnic China better use marxist ethnic theory to solve in the present new situation and new problems in China,to enhance ethnic cohesion,must return to the classic original,the main content of marxist ethnic theory of systematic comb.According to the elaboration of the concept of ethnic group,Chinese nation,community and Chinese nation community in the first part,the substantive points of Marxist ethnic theory: ethnic harmony theory,ethnic development theory and theory of ethnic liberation are summarized.The third part is to explore the significance of the Marxist ethnic theory to promote the construction of the Chinese national community.The theoretical significance is that the Marxist theory of ethnic harmony provides the construction of the Chinese national community,the Marxist development theory lays the theoretical foundation for the construction of the Chinese nation community,and the practical significance contributes to the prosperous development of each ethnic group,solving the ethnic problems and maintaining the ethnic solidarity and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The fourth part systematically analyzes the current situation of promoting the construction of the Chinese national community from the perspective of the Marxist ethnic theory.From the four aspects of politics,economy,culture and society,the achievements of promoting the construction of the Chinese nation community are comprehensively and deeply analyzed.At the same time,based on the achievements made in promoting the construction of the Chinese national community from the perspective of Marxist ethnic theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of building the Chinese national community,mainly including the ethnic separatist forces at home and abroad,the unbalanced economic and social development,the impact of diversified thoughts and the influence of narrow nationalism.The fifth part,to actively promote the construction of the Chinese nation community,to strengthen the community consciousness of the Chinese nation,all-dimensional,multi-level and multidimensional grasp and understanding,and consistent in practice,so it is necessary to adhere to the problem orientation,strengthen the political guarantee,promote economic development,lay the material foundation,build the spiritual and cultural home,strengthen the emotional attribution,create a good social atmosphere,build the foundation of the livelihood of the Chinese nation community under the perspective of Marxist
