【摘要】 “乡村振兴战略”和“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”都是党和国家做出的重大战略部署,揭示了新时代乡村工作和民族工作的主线,是新时代“三农”问题和民族团结工作的总抓手,没有民族乡村地区的现代化就没有整个国家的现代化。近几年各级政府根据党中央要求,因地制宜,坚持具体问题具体分析,虽然创造了很多乡村振兴模范地和民族团结示范地,但从客观上讲,乡村建设和团结工作还存在诸多亟须解决的问题。推动民族地区乡村振兴,实现乡村现代化建设,加强民族间的交流交往交融,促进民族团结工作蓬勃发展,必须要兼顾乡村振兴战略和铸牢中华民族共同体意识,促成二者在民族地区乡村的协同发展。青海省互助土族自治县作为第六批全国民族团结进步创建示范区,在开展民族团结进步工作的同时积极推进乡村振兴示范村建设,顺利实现全县“脱贫摘帽”,产业发展稳步向前,民生福祉、生活环境、民族关系等都得到明显改善,成就显著。本文以民族地区乡村振兴与铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同发展为主题,着重对于推进二者协同发展的路径展开研究。通过探讨乡村振兴与铸牢中华民族共同体意识之间你中有我我中有你、相互促进,共同发展的内在逻辑,在此基础上以互助县为调研点,采用文本分析和实地调研,探究其成效并深入分析二者推进所产生的问题及原因,从而提炼出推进二者协同发展的实践路径:必须坚持党的领导和民族区域自治制度,因地制宜发展产业,凝聚人才动力,强化社会主义核心价值观和先进文化思想引领,并建立相关制度体系和监督机制。乡村振兴和铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同发展具有重大现实意义,一方面在一定程度上丰富了对二者发展的理论研究,拓宽马克思主义中国化理论发展;另一方面,在一定程度上为其他民族地区提供个案样本,有利于政府更精准把握本地区民族乡村发展趋势,及时调整战略,制定科学决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Rural Revitalization Strategy" and "Forge the Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation" are major strategic deployments made by the party and the state,revealing the main line of rural work and ethnic work in the new era,and are the general grasp of the "three rural" issues and ethnic unity work in the new era.In recent years,governments at all levels have adhered to the specific analysis of specific problems in accordance with the requirements of the CPC Central Committee,adapted measures to local conditions,and created many model sites for rural revitalization and national unity,but objectively speaking,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in rural construction and unity.To promote the revitalization of rural areas in ethnic areas,realize rural modernization,strengthen exchanges and exchanges between ethnic groups,and promote the vigorous development of ethnic unity,it is necessary to take into account the strategy of rural revitalization and the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and promote the coordinated development of the two in rural areas of ethnic areas.Qinghai Provincial Huzhu County,as the sixth batch of national ethnic unity and progress creation demonstration areas,actively promotes the construction of rural revitalization demonstration villages while carrying out ethnic unity and progress work,and successfully realizes the county’s"poverty alleviation",industrial development has moved forward steadily,and people’s livelihood and well-being,living environment,and ethnic relations have been significantly improved,and remarkable achievements have been made.This paper focuses on the coordinated development of rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas and the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and focuses on the path of promoting the coordinated development of the two.By exploring the internal logic of mutual promotion and common development between rural revitalization and forging the sense of community of the Chinese nation,on this basis,taking the Huzhu county as the research point,using text analysis and field research,exploring its effectiveness and in-depth analysis of the problems and reasons arising from the promotion of the two,so as to extract the practical path to promote the coordinated development of the two:we must adhere to the party’s leadership and the system of regional ethnic autonomy,develop industries according to local conditions,and gather talent power.Strengthen the guidance of core socialist values and advanced cultural thoughts,and establish relevant institutional systems and oversight mechanisms.On the one hand,it enriches the theoretical research on the development of the two to a certain extent,and broadens the development of the theory of Marxism in China.On the other hand,to a certain extent,it is helpful for the government to more accurately grasp the development trend of ethnic villages in its own areas,adjust its strategies in a timely manner,and make scientific decisions.更多还原
