【摘要】 建筑业是国民经济的支柱,我国建筑业现阶段由于创新力不够、生产方法不先进、没有足够的现代化技术,产业类型仍处于粗放劳动密集型,制约了我国建筑产业持续健康发展。数字化转型就是通过使用互联网、计算机、通信技术等,采取过去已经广泛使用的把量化的技术管理对象及行为进行汇总,实现企业或者有关科学研究项目的研发、创新、规划、汇集、沟通、生产、营销、服务等职责的管理方法及管理活动。建筑企业的数字化管理是数字化转型促进企业的技术升级,提升企业管理效率,提高企业竞争力。本文以A建筑公司为研究对象,在明确国内外研究现状后,对研究涉及到的数字经济、数字化、BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术、企业转型等概念和理论进行界定。在此基础上分析建筑行业当前现状,结合A建筑公司自身情况开展问卷调查,根据问卷调查结果总结存在问题并对问题进行分析。使用理论与实际相结合的分析方法,深度分析了 A建筑企业现阶段发展状况和产生的问题,按传统及数字化管理两个大方面出发,提出了解决方案和实施路径。按照分析梳理、寻找载体、数据整合与协同应用三个步骤,开展企业信息数字化管理平台、项目数字化管理平台、工作任务数字化应用转型工作。为了确保A建筑企业的数字化转型工作能够顺利的开展,提出了配套保障措施:公司应开展员工再构及内部组织革新,将企业运营规范化,从而充分的认识到数字化转型的重要性,做好资金保障。A建筑公司的数字化转型研究具有一定可行性,对该行业中其他建筑公司将来提升及转型都有着一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy,but it is still in an extensive labor-intensive industry.Problems such as backward production mode,low degree of modernization,and lack of innovation motivation restrict the sustainable and healthy development of China’s construction industry.Digital transformation refers to the management activities and methods to realize the functions of R&D,planning,organization,production,coordination,sales,service,innovation,etc.of enterprises or relevant scientific research projects by using computer,communication,network and other technologies and adopting the statistical technology that has been widely used in the past to quantify management objects and management behaviors.The digital management of construction enterprises is to promote the technological upgrading of enterprises through digital transformation,improve the efficiency of enterprise management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.A construction company is the research object.After clarifying the research status at home and abroad,we define the concepts and theories of digital economy,digitalization,BIM technology,enterprise transformation,etc.involved in the research.On this basis,the current situation of the construction industry is analyzed,and a questionnaire survey is carried out in combination with the situation of A Construction Company.Based on the questionnaire survey results,the existing problems are summarized and analyzed.Using the analysis method of combining theory with practice,this paper deeply analyzes the current development situation and problems of A construction enterprise,and proposes solutions and implementation paths based on traditional and digital management.Carry out the transformation of enterprise information digital management platform,project digital management platform and work task digital application according to the three steps of analysis and sorting,carrier search,data integration and collaborative application.In order to ensure that the digital transformation of A construction enterprise can be carried out smoothly,supporting safeguard measures are put forward:the company should carry out staff restructuring and internal organizational innovation,standardize the enterprise operation,so as to fully understand the importance of digital transformation and do a good job of capital security.The digital transformation research of A construction company has certain feasibility,and has certain reference value for the future promotion and transformation of other construction companies in the industry.更多还原
