【摘要】 随着城市发展需求与经济结构的转变,很多城市的传统工业逐渐衰退,被更为先进、高效的生产形式所取代。同时,环境生态保护意识的提高和新兴城市规划理念也促使原本处于城市中心或近郊的传统工业区域迁移到更远的地区,以减少对城市环境的影响。这些废弃的工业设施与场地失去了自身的工业生产功能,成为城市工业遗址,逐渐在城市发展的浪潮中被遗忘。近年来,在弘扬工业精神和文化保护传承的背景下,国家持续推进工业遗产保护管理、大运河文化保护传承利用等工作,根据当前国内工业遗址与文化遗产保护现状,出台各项管理实施方案以及大运河文化保护传承利用规划纲要,支持运河沿线城市基于当地工业遗址建设大运河文化公园、工业遗址公园,以这种形式参与到大运河文化保护传承和国家工业遗产的保护更新利用中。景观再生作为一种通过景观设计,以重塑场地功能与美学为重要特征的具体策略,它在关注场地环境可持续性和生态效益的基础上,强调文化和历史的植入,在城市工业遗址的再生利用中具有显著的研究意义与应用价值。基于此,本文以大运河文化传承为切入点,以景观再生为实践策略,以淮安河西造船厂作为设计实践场地,旨在探讨大运河文化传承背景下,城市工业遗址的景观再生设计研究。本文首先对国内外城市工业遗址景观相关理论案例进行分析,综合分析国内外各类工业遗址景观再生案例项目,并总结这些案例中存在的问题。随后对城市工业遗址、大运河文化传承及其相关概念进行分析,总结城市工业遗址在景观再生过程中所受到的影响因素与表现形式。其次,对大运河文化传承与城市工业遗址景观再生之间的本质关联与景观现状进行研究总结,提出现状存在的诸多问题。通过系统性地构建一套策略体系,详细阐述城市工业遗址景观再生的特征、原则及具体策划形式,使大运河文化在城市工业遗址景观再生中得以更好地传承运用。本策略不仅能有效解决案例研究与场地现状中的不足之处,同时为后续的设计实践部分提供思路引导。最后,本文以淮安河西造船厂为设计实践场地,并针对性地展开景观再生设计实践。通过这一过程,以实现其理论与实践的结合。本文创新性地将大运河文化传承与工业遗址景观相结合,顺应当前文化保护传承背景,在景观再生设计中探索丰富多样的文化传承形式与方法,期待为大运河文化下的城市工业遗址保护、传承、利用提供一定的理论支撑与策略参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the transformation of urban development needs and economic structure,traditional industries in many cities are gradually declining and being replaced by more advanced and efficient forms of production.At the same time,increased awareness of environmental and ecological protection and new urban planning concepts have prompted traditional industrial areas that were originally in the centre of the city or in the suburbs to be relocated to more distant areas in order to reduce their impact on the urban environment.These abandoned industrial facilities and sites have lost their industrial production function and become urban industrial sites,gradually forgotten in the wave of urban development.In recent years,in the context of promoting industrial spirit and cultural protection and inheritance,the state has continued to promote the protection and management of industrial heritage and the protection,inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal culture,etc.According to the current situation of the protection of industrial sites and cultural heritage in the country,the state has issued the implementation plan for the protection and management of various industrial sites as well as the outline of the plan for the protection,inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal culture,and has supported the cities along the canal in constructing a Grand Canal It supports cities along the canal to build Grand Canal cultural parks and industrial site parks based on local industrial sites,in order to participate in the protection and inheritance of the Grand Canal culture and the protection,renewal and utilisation of the national industrial heritage in this form.Landscape regeneration,as a specific strategy to reshape the functions and aesthetics of industrial sites through landscape design,which emphasises cultural and historical implantation on the basis of environmental sustainability and ecological benefits of the sites,has significant research significance and application value in the regeneration and utilisation of urban industrial sites.Based on this,this paper takes the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal as the entry point,takes landscape regeneration as the practical strategy,and takes Huai’an Hexi Shipyard as the design practice site,aiming at exploring the landscape regeneration design strategy and research of urban industrial sites under the background of the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal.This paper firstly analyses the theoretical cases related to the landscape of urban industrial sites at home and abroad,comprehensively analyses all kinds of industrial site landscape regeneration case projects at home and abroad,and summarizes the problems existing in these cases.Subsequently,it analyses the urban industrial sites,the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal and its related concepts,and sums up the influencing factors and manifestations of the urban industrial sites in the process of landscape regeneration.Secondly,the study summarises the essential connection between the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal and the landscape regeneration of urban industrial sites and the current situation of the landscape,and puts forward the many problems that exist in the current situation.Through the systematic construction of a set of strategy system,the characteristics,principles and specific planning forms of urban industrial site landscape regeneration are elaborated in detail,so that the Grand Canal culture can be better inherited and used in urban industrial site landscape regeneration.This strategy can not only effectively solve the deficiencies in the case study and the current situation of the site,but also provide guidance for the subsequent design practice.Finally,this paper takes Huai’an Hexi Shipyard as a design practice site,and carries out landscape regeneration design practice in a targeted way.Through this process,the combination of theory and practice is realised.This paper innovatively combines the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal with the landscape of industrial sites,conforms to the current background of cultural protection and inheritance,and explores rich and diverse forms and methods of cultural inheritance in landscape regeneration design,which is expected to provide certain theoretical support and strategic references for the protection,inheritance,and utilisation of urban industrial sites under the culture of the Grand Canal.更多还原
