【摘要】 党的二十大提出全面推进乡村振兴战略,这对实现农业、农村和农民的现代化具有重大意义,同时也是促进全体人民共同富裕的必由之路。全面推进乡村振兴,有助于提升农村居民的生活水平、缩小城乡收入差距,从而进一步推动中国的经济快速发展。随着信息技术的快速迭代和普及,数字经济通过信息传递和数据挖掘,优化资源配置,催生新模式和经济形态,现已深入各个领域,成为推动社会进步和经济增长的重要引擎。因此,深入研究长三角地区数字经济对乡村振兴的影响,不仅有助于理解数字经济促进乡村振兴的内在机制,同时能进一步为高效地利用数字经济助力乡村振兴提供了宝贵的参考和借鉴。本文基于长三角地区41个地级市2011-2021年的面板数据,深入剖析了数字经济对长三角地区乡村振兴的影响。首先,通过现有文献及相关理论研究对数字经济与乡村振兴的内在逻辑进行系统梳理,对数字经济和乡村振兴的概念进行界定,阐述二者之间的影响机制,提出三个研究假设。其次,构建数字经济评价体系和乡村振兴评价体系,并分别从时空维度分析长三角地区的数字经济和乡村振兴发展水平。然后,建立空间权重矩阵,进行空间自相关检验,采用空间杜宾模型实证分析了长三角地区数字经济对乡村振兴的空间溢出效应。接下来,基于空间回归结果,引入科技创新作为中介变量,实证检验科技创新在数字经济促进乡村振兴发展的中介效应。最后,在实证结果的基础上,针对性地提出关于提升长三角地区数字经济对乡村振兴发展的对策建议。本文的主要研究结论如下:一是长三角地区各地市的数字经济发展水平和乡村振兴发展水平均呈现不断提高的趋势,但地区差异明显,发展不平衡,均呈现出“东高西低”的空间分布特征;二是长三角地区数字经济能够显著地推动乡村振兴发展水平的提高,长三角地区数字经济对乡村振兴具有显著的空间溢出效应。长三角地区数字经济的发展不仅能够有效提升本地乡村振兴发展水平,而且其产生的空间溢出效应也对邻近地区的乡村振兴发展具有促进作用;三是长三角地区数字经济能够显著通过科技创新,从而推动乡村振兴的发展,科技创新的中介效应为显著的正向影响,即存在“数字经济-科技创新-乡村振兴”这一路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Twentieth Party Congress proposed a strategy of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,which is of great significance to the modernization of agriculture,the countryside and the peasantry,and is also a sure way to promote the common prosperity of all people.Comprehensively promoting the revitalization of the countryside will help improve the living standards of rural residents and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,thus further promoting China’s rapid economic development.With the rapid iteration and popularization of information technology,the digital economy,which optimizes resource allocation and gives rise to new models and economic forms through information transmission and data mining,has now penetrated into various fields and become an important engine for promoting social progress and economic growth.Therefore,an in-depth study of the impact of the digital economy on rural revitalization in the Yangtze River Delta region not only helps to understand the internal mechanism of the digital economy for rural revitalization,but also further provides valuable references and lessons for the efficient use of the digital economy to help rural revitalization.This thesis provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of digital economy on rural revitalization in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)region based on panel data of 41 prefecture-level cities in the YRD region from 2011 to 2021.First,the internal logic of digital economy and rural revitalization is systematically sorted out through existing literature and relevant theoretical studies,the concepts of digital economy and rural revitalization are defined,the influence mechanism between the two is elaborated,and three research hypotheses are proposed.Second,the digital economy evaluation system and rural revitalization evaluation system are constructed,and the development levels of digital economy and rural revitalization in the Yangtze River Delta region are analyzed from the spatial and temporal dimensions respectively.Then,the spatial weight matrix is established,the spatial autocorrelation test is conducted,and the spatial spillover effect of digital economy on rural revitalization in the Yangtze River Delta region is empirically analyzed using the spatial Durbin model.Next,based on the spatial regression results,scientific and technological innovation is introduced as a mediating variable to empirically test the mediating effect of scientific and technological innovation in the digital economy for rural revitalization development.Finally,based on the empirical results,countermeasure suggestions on enhancing the development of digital economy for rural revitalization in the Yangtze River Delta region are targeted.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: First,the level of digital economy development and rural revitalization development in the Yangtze River Delta region have shown a trend of continuous improvement,but the regional differences are obvious and the development is unbalanced,showing the spatial distribution characteristics of "high in the east and low in the west";second,the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta region can significantly promote the development level of rural revitalization.Secondly,the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta region can significantly promote rural revitalization by improving the level of development,and the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta region has a significant spatial spillover effect on rural revitalization.The development of digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta region can not only effectively enhance the development level of local rural revitalization,but also its spatial spillover effect on the development of rural revitalization in neighboring regions has a contributing role;Third,the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta region can significantly promote the development of rural revitalization through scientific and technological innovation,and the mediating effect of scientific and technological innovation is a significant positive effect,that is,there is a "digital economy-scientific and technological innovation".The mediating effect of science and technology innovation is significantly positive,that is,there exists the path of "digital economy-science and technology innovation-rural revitalization".更多还原
