【摘要】 庭院灯是一种户外灯具,在庭院灯的设计过程当中,形态仿生设计是诸多设计手法的重要组成部分。通过对庭院灯的形态结构设计,可以满足庭院灯的基本功能需求,又可以提升庭院灯的情感价值、使用价值与文化价值,将庭院灯外观采用形态仿生的设计手法设计,实现庭院灯造型设计的创新升级。本文目的是设计生产出户外使用的型材庭院灯,采用仿生手进行设计制作。通过对自然界生物体的形态模仿,从而设计出符合当地人文的一款形态仿生类型庭院灯。主要研究内容如下:(1)仿生理论与型材庭院灯分析,对形态仿生理论与型材庭院灯进行分析,对型材庭院灯的材料、色彩与结构进行分析,对其加工工艺、安装流程与同行业产品进行分析。了解到庭院灯产品的相关标准与材料要求。完成了对庭院灯的理论分析与总体分析。(2)总体方案与工作原理,通过对型材庭院灯的定位分析、功能分析与方案分析。解庭院灯的工作原理,对庭院灯的整机系统、模组光源、型材选择、控制系统、装配流程进行分析与设计。对庭院灯的方案进行可行性分析,完成了对总体方案的设计。(3)型材庭院灯的设计实践,对庭院灯的灯头、灯杆与底座进行结构设计。将设计方案进行风力、自身强度进行仿真测试,对庭院灯进行照度设计,完成了庭院灯的强度与照度的验证与测试。论文最后对实机测试与设计评价,完成对庭院灯的设计评价。对文主要根据仿生形态来设计庭院灯,设计出具有市场竞争力的产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Courtyard lights are outdoor lighting fixtures,and in the design process of courtyard lights,biomimetic design is an important component of many design techniques.By designing the form and structure of courtyard lamps,the basic functional requirements of courtyard lamps can be met,and the emotional,practical,and cultural value of courtyard lamps can be enhanced.The appearance of courtyard lamps can be designed using a biomimetic design technique,achieving innovative upgrades in the design of courtyard lamp shapes.The purpose of this article is to design and produce outdoor shaped courtyard lights using biomimetic hands.By imitating the morphology of natural organisms,a biomimetic courtyard lamp that conforms to local culture can be designed.The main research content is as follows:(1)Biomimetic theory and analysis of shaped courtyard lights,analysis of morphological bionic theory and shaped courtyard lights,analysis of the materials,colors,and structures of shaped courtyard lights,and analysis of their processing technology,installation process,and products in the same industry.Understand the relevant standards and material requirements for courtyard lamp products.Completed theoretical and overall analysis of courtyard lights.(2)Overall plan and working principle,through positioning analysis,functional analysis,and scheme analysis of profile courtyard lights.Understand the working principle of courtyard lights,analyze and design the entire system,module light source,profile selection,control system,and assembly process of courtyard lights.Feasibility analysis was conducted on the courtyard lamp scheme,and the overall design was completed.(3)The design practice of profile courtyard lamps involves designing the structure of the lamp head,lamp post,and base of the courtyard lamp.The design scheme was simulated and tested for wind force and self strength,and the illumination design of the courtyard lamp was carried out.The verification and testing of the intensity and illumination of the courtyard lamp were completed.At the end of the thesis,actual machine testing and design evaluation were conducted to complete the design evaluation of courtyard lights.The article mainly designs courtyard lights based on biomimetic forms,and designs products with market competitiveness.更多还原
