【摘要】 习近平强军思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的军事篇章,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央着眼于世界新军事革命的演变趋势和中国国家安全战略需求,运用习近平新时代中国特色主义思想的世界观和方法论,深刻回答了建设世界一流军队需要处理哪些矛盾关系、如何处理好这些矛盾关系,需要运用哪些方法规律、如何运用这些方法规律等系列问题。习近平强军思想,以科学的思维方法和鲜明的实践导向,在继承中实现对毛泽东军事辩证法的创新性发展,开创了马克思主义军事理论的新境界。本文从习近平强军思想所蕴含的守正与创新相统一的特性出发,以毛泽东军事辩证法为比照对象,力求厘清前者与后者之间存在的承继关系。论文分为六部分,主要研究思路为:第一章为内容概述,首先结合典型文本和具体战例论述毛泽东军事辩证法思想伴随革命实践的推进而对辩证唯物主义的战争观、战争规律和战略战法、军队建设中若干矛盾问题等认识的萌芽、形成、成熟和发展,其次概述习近平强军思想的形成过程与主要内容,最后阐述了两者间的联系:习近平强军思想蕴含对毛泽东军事辩证法的继承与发展;军事辩证法以对战争基本问题、战争规律和战争指导以及武装力量建设中的若干矛盾关系等三方面的认识为主要内容,遂本文主体部分依照上述逻辑架构开展比较研究,因而第二章围绕战争观,主要阐述习近平强军思想聚焦时代新问题新情况,就战争与政治、战争与和平以及人与武器等辩证关系等所作的新论断对毛泽东军事辩证法的继承与发展;第三章从战争规律和战略战法角度出发,首先论述了习近平强军思想对待战争的一般规律和特殊规律的态度及其对信息化智能化战争特点规律的把握,接着阐述了其对毛泽东提出的积极防御战略、人民战争战略战术的精髓以及敢打必胜的斗争艺术的继承与发展;第四章围绕人民军队建设过程中存在的军与民、军队的数量与质量、国防建设与经济建设等矛盾关系范畴探讨习近平强军思想对毛泽东人民军队建设思想中的辩证法内核的继承与发展;第五章探讨了习近平强军思想对毛泽东军事辩证法继承与发展的重要意义,从理论层面来看,其丰富和发展了马克思主义军事辩证法的理论宝库、提供了解决军事问题和指导军事实践的科学指南,从实践层面来看,其推动人民军队向世界一流水平迈进的同时对于兼顾保障国家安全和维护世界和平具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xi Jinping Thought on Strengthening the Military,focusing on the evolutionary trend of the world’s new military revolution and China’s strategic national security needs,has profoundly answered a series of questions about what contradictions and relationships should be dealt with and how to deal with them,and what methodological laws need to be applied and how they should be applied in order to build a world-class military.Xi Jinping’s thought on strengthening the military,with its scientific thinking method and distinctive practical orientation,realises the innovative inheritance and development of Mao Zedong’s military dialectics,and creates a new realm of Marxist military theory.Starting from the unity of righteousness and innovation contained in Xi Jinping’s thought on strengthening the military,this paper takes Mao Zedong’s military dialectics as a comparative object,and seeks to clarify the inheritance relationship that exists between the former and the latter.The thesis is divided into five parts,and the main research ideas are as follows: the first chapter is an overview of the content,firstly,combined with typical texts and specific war cases,it discusses the germination,formation,maturity and development of Mao Zedong’s military dialectics thought along with the advancement of the revolutionary practice,and its understanding of the dialectical materialism’s concept of war,the laws of war and strategic warfare,and several contradictory issues in the army construction,and then,secondly,it outlines the process of the formation of Xi Jinping’s thought of strengthening the army and its main content.Xi Jinping’s Thought on a Strong Military is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong’s Military Dialectics,which focuses on the understanding of the basic issues of war,the laws of war and the guidance of war,as well as a number of contradictory relationships in the construction of the armed forces.The main body of this paper is a comparative study in accordance with the above logical structure,and thus Chapter 2 is centered on the concept of war,mainly describing the concept of war,which is the main focus of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the New Issues of the Era.Chapter 2 focuses on the concept of war,mainly describing the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong’s military dialectics by Xi Jinping’s idea of strengthening the military,focusing on the new problems and new situations of the times,and the new assertions on the dialectical relationship between war and politics,war and peace,and man and weapon;Chapter 3,from the perspective of the laws of war and the strategic tactics of warfare,firstly,discusses Xi Jinping’s idea of strengthening the military’s attitude toward the general and special laws of war and his grasp of the characteristics of the informatization of the intelligent war,and then It then elaborates on its inheritance and development of Mao Zedong’s strategy of active defense,the essence of people’s war strategy and tactics,and the art of struggle that dares to fight and wins;Chapter 4 discusses Xi Jinping’s idea of a strong army’s inheritance and development of the dialectical kernel of Mao Zedong’s idea of people’s army construction,focusing on the scope of contradictory relationships that exist in the process of people’s army construction between the military and the people,the quantity and the quality of the army,and the national defense and the economic construction;Chapter 5 discusses the significance of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Strengthening the Military in the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong’s military dialectic.From the theoretical level,it enriches and develops the theoretical treasure trove of Marxist military dialectic,provides a scientific guide to solving military problems and guiding military practice,and from the practical level,it is of great value in safeguarding national security and preserving world peace,while pushing the People’s Army towards the world’s first-class level.It is of great value in ensuring national security and maintaining world peace at the same time.更多还原
