【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加速和人口老龄化问题的日益突出,社区食堂作为城市社区的重要公共空间,不仅为满足居民基本就餐需求提供便利,更是促进不同群体间交流与互助的重要场所。但目前传统社区食堂在空间布局和功能设计上未能充分满足居民的代际共享需求,本研究以代际共享理念为基础,探讨了社区食堂设计与代际共享理念的关联性,并提出了一种基于代际共享理念的社区食堂设计框架:首先,通过文献研究回顾了代际共享理念的应用研究、社区食堂发展现状等;其次,通过案例研究,总结出国内外具有代际共享特点的社区食堂设计案例,从中提取了具有借鉴意义的设计策略与经验,包括不同年龄群体共同使用的空间功能设置、互动式餐饮体验等方面的设计点;同时,结合ICZ概念框架分析代际共享理念与社区食堂的关联性,为本研究提供了坚实的理论支持;随后,通过实地调查研究,收集了上海地区用户群体对当下基于代际共享理念的社区食堂的认知、期望及满意度调研,分析了他们对社区食堂设计的需求,并提出了基于代际共享理念的设计原则和策略。最后,通过对漕河泾社区食堂设计实践验证基于代际共享理念的社区食堂设计框架的可行性,具体路径体现在:提升空间设施的安全性能,注重多功能性、灵活性的空间布局设计,满足不同年龄群体的需求;其次,提倡多代际参与的活动设计,搭建互动交流的活动平台、设置鼓励群体活动的设施,鼓励不同年龄段的居民一起参与活动;同时,重视代际共享的文化和价值观传承,融入情感和故事元素,促进社区的凝聚力和认同感。为建设代际共享型社区食堂的规划和设计提供了借鉴,未来的研究也可进一步深入探讨社区食堂设计效果评估方法,以进一步完善社区食堂设计理论与实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanisation and the aging of the population,community canteens,as an important public space in urban communities,not only provide convenience to meet the basic needs of residents,but also are an important place to promote exchanges and mutual assistance among different groups.However,traditional community canteens fail to fully meet the intergenerational sharing needs of residents in terms of spatial layout and functional design.Based on the concept of intergenerational sharing,this study explores the correlation between the design of community canteens and the concept of intergenerational sharing,and puts forward a framework for the design of community canteens based on the concept of intergenerational sharing:Firstly,the applied research on the concept of intergenerational sharing and the current development status of community canteens are reviewed through literature research;secondly,through case studies,domestic and international community canteen design cases with intergenerational sharing characteristics are summarised,from which design strategies and experiences with reference significance are extracted,including design points on the functional settings of the space for the common use of different age groups and the interactive catering experience,etc.;at the same time,the ICZ concept framework is combined to analyse the relevance of community canteen design to the concept of intergenerational sharing.At the same time,the correlation between the concept of intergenerational sharing and community canteens is analysed with the ICZ conceptual framework,which provides a solid theoretical support for this study.Subsequently,through a field survey and research,we collected the knowledge,expectation and satisfaction research of user groups in Shanghai on the community canteens based on the concept of intergenerational sharing at the moment,analysed their demand for the design of community canteens,and put forward the design principles and strategies based on the concept of intergenerational sharing.Finally,the feasibility of the community canteen design framework based on the concept of intergenerational sharing is verified through the design practice of the Caohejing community canteen,and the specific path is reflected in the following: to improve the safety performance of the spatial facilities and focus on the design of multifunctional and flexible spatial layout to satisfy the needs of different age groups;and second,to advocate the design of activities with multi-generational participation,to set up a platform for interactive exchanges of activities,to set up facilities encouraging group activities,and to encourage residents of different age groups to work together.Secondly,the design of activities for multi-generational participation should be promoted by building activity platforms for interactive exchanges,installing facilities to encourage group activities,and encouraging residents of different ages to participate in activities together;at the same time,emphasis should be placed on the inheritance of intergenerationally shared cultures and values,and the integration of elements of emotion and storytelling should be incorporated,so as to promote the cohesiveness of the community and a sense of identity.It provides a reference for the planning and design of intergenerational sharing community canteens,and future research can also further explore the methods of evaluating the effectiveness of community canteen design in order to further improve the theory and practice of community canteen design.To begin,let’s look at the background.更多还原
